I bought this last night and keep seeing online that there are supposed to be 3 water flow options, but I only see with the spout and withOUT the spout as options. Do you know the 3rd water flow option? Thanks
Erm I defo know there are 2 but the third nope maybe it’s another model type and also does your cat drink from the fountain because ours doesn’t 😩😩😩 lol any tips haha
@@sachthemotive The 1st day that I set up this Pixi fountain, I don't think my cats drank from it either. The next day, I put a regular water dish nearby and also sat close to this Pixi fountain while it was running and my cats drank from it later that 2nd day. Have you tried putting your Pixi fountain in an area that you and your cat(s) are in often? I think all of the above helped my kitties drink from this fountain. I hope this helps! Good luck!!
I also meant to ask if you tried it WITH and withOUT the spout. Some cats prefer the gentle bubbling withOUT the spout. That's how my cats are using it now.
