FOR EVEN BETTER RESULTS‼️ Add a can of condensed milk if you have it to the mixture at 2:10. Also, after fully frozen, put it in the blender before each serving to make it creamy. It will taste just like a Wendy’s frosty☺️
3 eggs 1 tbsp sugar (mix w egg yolk) 100 ml milk - mix- add milk in pan heat milk and add egg yolk mixture -stir untill boil- egg white part add pinch of salt 4 tbsp of sugar to egg white boil egg white mixture on boiling water after boil beat until soft peak mix egg yolk and egg white mixture freeze for 3-4 hrs
My mom used to make yoghurt icecream with the egg whites and creamy yoghurt.Delicious! Also you can combine whipped cream and eggwhites to stiff point.I never thought about making a meringue though.That is smart! I do not have buy pasteurized eggs anymore with this recipe!

I think that’s self explanatory. And don’t make too much noise so she won’t be able to give a reason why she doesn’t want you cooking. Lastly, if cost of ingredients is a problem, try to do recipes that you have the ingredients for so you don’t make your mom go to the store. I do all these things and it works like a charm! There are 2 ways to stop the icy problem: 1: If u have an ice cream machine, then there won't be any icy bits in the ice cream 2: In case u don't have an ice cream machine, then u may want to stir it every 1-2 hour(s) Hope it helps!!

I mean u specifically watched a video that leaves out cream, for perfect ice cream whole milk and cream is needed(it needs more fat basically) The eggs are the only reason it's not like 50% ice
1) Nice to find that the eggs (whites & yolks) are properly cooked and not used raw. 2) An important ingredient is missing, i.e. vanilla essence / extract without which the recipe is totally incomplete.
