Wow what a Great Video. Congratulations to Both men . Thank God all went well 🙏 down the track. Its amazing how Humble the champion is to his Fans. My hat goes off to him and his Wife and his Crew... Thanks Cycle Drag for Bringing us the Video... God Bless us All! Lubbock. Texas
Going with the #1 plate. He's got that number for a reason. Watching from Richmond, CA USA Home of top fuel drag racer Chicago Joe... 👍 THAT RACE WAS AMAZING!!! Best any kind of race I've ever seen. Wow...
CHRIS! RJF. 1021 E Capitol Ave, Pierre South Dakota, 57501. Thanks Jack for bringing us into the pits a place we could never see otherwise. And talking to the riders of these beasts!
Would have loved to hear what he was saying, I think you need to review your microphone tech or maybe video editing. Can you boost his volume and turn yours down? I was very disappointed to not be able to understand him. I really like it when you have different set ups all trying to get the fastest times compared to the boring situation of everyone running the same motor and same set up. For me most of the enjoyment is to look at all the design and fab to make these things run.
Love it that these 'old timers' are still leading the charge! Top blokes too! Great vid, learned a lot about the race scene in my own country...thanks heaps for your contribution mate! (watching from SW Australia)
Great video, terrific insight into Top Fuel Nitro bikes...and great enthusiasm in your commentary. Thanks for all of your hard work and great coverage. Regards, Mitch

Congratulations to you Jake to come all that way from the USA to show the world of top intense nitro powered bikes is still alive an hopefully with the videos it can come back to the glory days it once was 20 to 30 yrs ago when USA would come down under an take on the Aussie at Calder Park Drag Way downtown Melbourne Victoria Australia
Thanks man. I was worried it may be too long. Was it ok? Thanks for the feedback. If you have not already, please subscribe and get a friend to do the same!
Think Chris will win watching from Chesterville Ontario Canada. We drag race snowmobiles up here put top class is a homemade chassis with a 1000 cc 2 stroke on gasoline nothing like those top fuel bikes got be brave to ride that monster
Lets go Jay, its time for you to show the world that your ideas and hard work and completely thinking outside the box ( where yours truly lives) its your time to be Number 1! Jay, when you come to NY again, your welcome to stay at my home. I have to thank you for not selling me a Sprintex at the time, as you know, I had to develop my own program. I thank you and God for that!
Just got turned on to your program last weekend.Great show,Chris it's his time. Big daddy watching in Evansville,In. Sometime I'd love to tell you some stories of going racing IDBA days inflate 80s
Go team AUS! Thanks so much for the feedback. Please introduce this channel to some of your friends who appreciate fast motorcycles and I'll keep the content coming! All motorcycle fans are welcome here. Thanks for subscribing.
Watching from the Appalachian Mountains, North Carolina. I'm glad Chris won, he seems like a cool guy. Jay Upton needs to ditch that dork, ugly body on his bike, it doesn't seem to add aerodynamics to his machine.
Hi Jack I watch your channel on RUclips in South Africa, here we only ever had one TF bike driven by Steve Rosst a dental technician, both Steve and Mike Bramley built the bike.
made me think just how big and far away that half second is ! Here are 2 great low 6 second fuel bikes ... trying for the elusive 5.99 or better meanwhile there is a 5.50 bike on the other side of the earth ! what does it take to get 1/2 second quicker ? ... the blink of an eye almost
Please talk Chris into bringing his team and bike over here to race and develope for a full season , I would love to see him work with Stevie , Roland , Larry , Dave Vantine , and Mitch Brown . That would be huge seeing that voodoo program helping to improve topfuel development.
Awesome, were you there? Thank you for your comment and thank you for subscribing. Please check out my latest videos and please get as many friends as you can to subscribe as well. All motorcycle speed freaks are welcome here! Thanks
Hi Great video, you're doing a great job of promoting motorcycle drag racing. At 13:53 we can see a shot of the RHS of the engine, and the spark plugs. Can you tell us what the brass nozzles and the flex rubber tubes/pipes that go directly into the head chamber are for please? Cheers Doug
I will try to get an answer for you. I'll let Chris know. Thanks for the feedback. Please subscribe and get a friend to do the same. I'll keep the racing coming! A lot of the hoses are for the fuel system.
@@geoffreyveale7715 dang good guess. Thanks so much for the feedback. Please introduce this channel to some of your friends who appreciate fast motorcycles and I'll keep the content coming! All motorcycle fans are welcome here. Thanks for subscribing.
They are fuel injection lines and nozzles which they run directly into the intake port aimed at the head of the intake valve. Most top fuel engines be they cars or motorcycles have (a) some nozzles before the supercharger which help cool the pressurised air coming out of the supercharger (therefore making the air more dense) and (b) 1 or more nozzles in each port which is what you are seeing here and these serve to be able to balance the amount of fuel that each cylinder receives.
@@phillipmcintosh6489 You do seem to be correct. Another video ruclips.net/video/RXPlYh63SkE/видео.html has a better angle showing clearly 4 similar lines connected just after the blower on the intake runners and the other 4 lines close to the spark plugs.
What a great video . Matho you are a dead set legend. And thanks for signing the con rods for me... See you at the next winter's. Hopefully better weather.
Stopped at 42:20 to say I think Upton goes 5 because the other Gentleman likes to shut off at 1000. I think he has doubts about the sinfully awful shutdown area. Watching from 80 minutes south of the home of the Gatornationals. While you can't really change the down-hill grade you CAN resurface. Scott Kalitta would say "do it".
