"Chef describes food he made some hours ago while fiddling with a dated plating." I'm certain this dish was delicious but that's the Honest Trailers version of the video description. To be fair, it's one misstep in an otherwise excellent series but I can't understand why this entry wasn't scrapped once the producers saw what a nothingburger they had filmed. At least give Chef Chambers another go this year in a video that isn't actually irritating its viewers with its lack of cooking.
