    2 rounds for time
    4 dbl DB devil presses @ 50/35 per hand
    7 dbl DB front rack squats
    10 line facing burpees
    2 min cap
    if completed in under 2 min
    , rest 1 min and go again
    continue until you fail to finish in the 2 min window
    , or you complete 4 successful rounds
    for athletes who complete all 4 rounds
    , 4th round finish time is your tiebreak score

    Really great performance. One thing to note Anikha Burpee’s vs Alexis’ is that Alexis kept her hands much closer to the tape each rep, this allowed her to be slower in the actual burpee, but still held a similar pace to Anikha because Alexis was traveling a shorter distance each rep! Really efficient stuff.

    Speaking from experience, hot pink tights make you faster at CrossFit. It's just science.

    I love TTT and Anika but those squats might not be to standard… speaking from someone who used to do the same thing, feels like you are hitting depth but hips are not going past knee. But I would love to see her at the games with Alexis this year!

      I didn’t realize how sketch they looked from the front angle 🫣🫣 going to be much more aware of that now because I’m certainly capable of going lower!!

    A lot of no reps in those racked squats, just saying, standards need to be held.
