    Thank you so much for your video. I needed one like this that shows all of the steps easily and doesn't miss out bits like how to return the call back to original caller!

    Hi, I have the old interface for 3cx, how do I transfer the call? It looks like those old phones, no option for conference, attended transfer.

    Why did you choose two Williams for the example? not a big deal for me but just to clarify that some people can get confused with it.

      Hi Danny, that's a great question. Until you pointed it out, we hadn't spotted it. I guess with one being a first name and the other being a surname, it slipped us by. When we get a chance, we'll see if we can edit this section and make the segment less confusing. Otherwise, I hope you found the video useful?
