      @@zensystems Thank you, I'm not looking for the technical integration process though. Just a nice demo vid showcasing how Whatsapp functions work when a client uses it. Thanks for the fast response.

    Thank you James. In the 3CX chat function, is there a way to set an audible notification so the recipient is given an audible tone, such as a "ding, ding". Our staff tends to be heads down and working and they never see the flashing chat arrive. Many of the other chat programs, such as Teams, notifies the recipient with an audible tone to announce a new message has arrive. Any insight you have would be greatly appreciated.

      Hi Hal, thanks for your feedback. There is setting to turn audible notifications for Chat in the Webclient. Please navigate to the settings page in the WebClient by clicking on the 3 blue dots under "Contacts", then click on "Chat" and toggle the box next to the "Play Chat Notification" setting. You will then be able to customise the noise as well. I hope that helps.
