Any plans for a 5600 specific adapter that is a little narrower? The GX-56 could use an adapter that is wider, to better match the bezel width.
Yes. actively working on that. No ETA yet but wouldn't be too far away... maybe a couple or three months. But I am thinking to make them for 20mm instead of 22mm straps. Your thoughts?
@@JaysAndKays Personally I like the look of 22mm straps on a standard square, as with your 5600 convertible adapters. Maybe this isn't practical with a metal adapter. If you ever do GX-56 adapters, a 24mm strap would be good, and the adapter width should be at least 30mm to better match the bezel width.
@@garyk4017 Hi. Yes, GX56 would need to be wider and 24 or even 26mm strap. Hard to say because not many people seem to like 26mm but The King might be enough where 26mm is simply appropriate. I am always open to hearing everyone's thoughts so we can get something appealing to most rather than a niche.
@@JaysAndKays Yes, it's kind of a tradeoff. The stock GX-56 resin strap tapers from just under 32mm at the bezel to about 22mm at the clasp. A 26mm strap would probably look better in proportion to the bezel width than a 24mm strap, but a latter is easier to find and might wear better. Without actually trying either, I'd probably lean toward the 26mm lug width on the adapter for the King.
What would be really nice, but probably impractical, is to have metal adapters in four sizes, accepting 20mm, 22mm, 24mm and 26mm straps. Even watches like the Rangeman GW-9400 might look better on a 24mm strap rather than on the 22mm strap that the current metal adapters accept.

Hi. Yes. Well, they are a rubber polymer rather than a plastic, per se. Splitting hairs. Anyhow, I have the Convertibles for 5600 which you might have seen in my other videos. However, they are currently out of stock while I make more.

I got the negative with combi bracelet two years ago. I just got the positive and put combi bracelet on it. Negative is awesome but positive is so much sweeter to see.
i have a gw m5600r i love this watch, but i've gone through 2 bands and i want to put a metal band on this thing, so far i can't find a metal band for this watch. if this adapter works with my watch i can just worry about the band width seems like, i just neem to know will this work on my model. the one you have is almost the same going by looks anyway, but i just want a conformation.

Hi Tay. My understanding is that the bands of 5610 and GW5000 are interchangeable. If so, then you are good to go to use this on your 5000
Tried to find the 16-22 mm as per your video on your website, but could only find the 16-20 mm being offered in the metal adapter.. please tell me where I am going wrong...

Hi JaysandKays. Thanks for the vid. Ill be getting one of your 20mm silver adapters for my GMW-B5000 full metal. Instead of inserting a nato, can a rubber strap fit your adapters? I plan to switch three diff colorways of silicon/rubber straps with deployment (white/orange/black).
For a strap of common dimensions and thickness, it should not be a problem.
I just purchased your adapters and bullbars, for the life of me I can't find a black and red Zulu with PVD hardware. Where could I find one just like the one in this video? Thank you so much for your help ✌🏽

Which GShock model do you have? If you have something such as the 5610 in the video, then either 20mm or 22mm are OK. But I prefer 22mm because I think it looks better.

Are the 16mm to 20mm adapters discontinued? I was just about to order them and saw that the listing is not there anymore. I already have the 22mm adapters but in my opinion other than Nato bands 22mm looks to big on a 5600 series watch.
perhaps was just temporarily out of stock. I have found that more folks agree with you about 20mm vs 22mm. but because of the two preferences, I have updated the small profile to offer a 20mm option and a 22mm option. external dimensions are same so still great lines on the 5600. here is the link :

For 5610, go with the small profile adapters. Width options are 20mm or 22mm. I personally prefer the 22mm over 20mm.
