- Today I review what I feel is the best upgrade you can make for you G-Shock. The Casio Combi Bracelet is resin bracelet that really adds comfort and wearability to most G-Shocks. I highly recommend you track one down and upgrade your G-Shock.

I have the same combination since 2018 (G5600E), I absolutely love it! This is the watch that gets the most wrist time out of my G Shock collection. Great vid!
I would get one of those long time ago. The only thing stopping me from buying it is the price. 70-120 USD for resin bracelet with stamped clasp and no fold over for security is simply ridiculous! Especially that for that price you can get 5610 gshock solar powered, radio controlled.
Is it more comfortable than the stock resin band? I have a dw5600bb-1 and want to try it with this bracelet.
Ive been wearing the GW-5600 every day for the last 6 months or so. The combi bracelet is amazing. I havent worn any of my other watches since getting it.
I bought a combi bracelet for my GW-M5610U-1ER
Seems nice.
I wear a DW-5600 for work. The original strap broke after many years and I got wha I thought was a direct replacement. Turns out I got the strap from the higher end GW-5000, the model with the steel case. Has been great.
For my purposes this bracelet would not work. Plus it costs more than the watch does.
This is an excellent G Shock upgrade.
I also have the adapters on my 5610 with a Vario elastic, good fit but the holes on the strap are frayed. I keep looking for a combi but am always a day short. Thanks Neil for the look.👍

I just bought an eBay combi bracelet for $24. It’s not genuine g shock but it fits great and is super comfortable. 100% worth it.
Ugh it makes me so frustrated gshock doesn't sell its own straps and bracelets

I'm getting my bracelet from Jay's & Kay's on Ebay. They are in the U.S., they are awesome to work with.
I recently got an issue with my bracelet after a fairly low drop (cirka 1 meter drop on my carpet). It still works, but the strap is now harder to close as you kind of have to force it into place rather than just lightly clicking it in place. Andwhen you “unlock” it then it kinda flies back a bit because there is tention applied when it is closed. I don’t know how to solve it, does anyone have any ideas?

Great video, I’ve just bought the exact same bracelet on eBay here in England for my GW5000U, brand new £80 which I thought was a decent price, definitely genuine, I’ve heard they are a right pain in the arse to fit, some say it’s a lot easier if you remove the bezel first, have you got any tips or tricks you did to fit it? Yes the powers that be at Watchuseek are controlling pretentious asses. Even as a new member I could not contact other members who had watches for sale that I was interested in buying. Apparently I had to actively participate in the forums for a certain amount of time and only then, they MAY let me contact members. Watchuseek, go screw yourselves. I'm not jumping through your hoops.

Yes it was pretty simple to attach the Combi on mine. I had heard that some folks had some difficulty doing the mod to theirs, but for me it turned out to simple and straightforward.

Not on mine. Installed very easily.
It's not fully resin. The center links are stainless steel.
Indeed. It is the hidden strength of these bracelets.
The combi1 have metal center links. The combi2 ois all resin.
1:02 what is the name of the yellow/gold colored model? I prefer that one because the positive display makes it easier to read.

Yup......Fitted one to mine......Patience required though......As it does not just "drop in".....I fitted the version 2 (same as in this Video)......But I,m pretty sure the version 1 will also fit.

That is an option. But I prefer this setup much much better. I don't really care for the metal G-Shocks. Just doesn't make sense for me to have a G-Shock that weighs that much. This is lightweight and very comfortable. Does everything I need. I purchased my Combi bracelet for $70, and my G-Shock I've had for many years now. So I don't really have much invested in it. But it does we're so much better on this Combi bracelet
And I've looked at the metal shells to add to the resin cases, but I don't really care for that look either. I have plenty of other stainless steel and titanium watches. I honestly don't see the appeal of a blingy G-Shock

Its not combi, its pure composite bracelet version. The combi one is like the original bracelet from gwm5610 series.
But still, this is my favorite & the best bracelet for gshock because of the light weight & the comfort.
It is still a combi bracelet.
There are steel reinforcements embedded in the resin.
