You should run a short stinger hook off the back of your paddle tail. You’ll have a lot more hook ups.

Got a 30 inch walleye on the mouth of the St Joseph river were it dumps in to lake Michigan last may 2022. Just a monster female got a picture to prove it.

@FishN More I've fished near Saginaw Bay. The campsites are all first come first serve I believe. We would always rent a houseboat from Rainy Lake Houseboats.
The owner of Rainy Lake Houseboats is in the Minnesota fishing hall of fame.

I grew up on walleye when I lived in Ohio, but now I live in Florida and my only option is a Culver's Northwoods Walleye Sandwich or Dinner.
