I'm Indian and I travelled across a few places in China by train. Amazing place to say the least, especially the mountain towns such as Enshi. People are lovely and treated me with kindness and helped me out wherever I needed help. Heck, most of them insisted to pay for my food or get me drinks no matter how much I declined even in cities like Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu. Would love to see more of the country and maybe live there for longer. Thank you for reminding me of the good times and people there! God bless you and your lovely family.

I lived near Guangzhou for a while. There are quite a lot of good vegetarian buffet restaurants in the towns and cities all around the area, mostly run by Buddhists. You should go have a try.

It's good for Indians to know that waiters and waitresses are treated with respect and not looked down on. I know Indians with a little more money than others or in a better job behave appallingly. They talk down to anyone serving them and the servants in their house are treated with contempt.

Have got so many Chinese friends in Xining and Shandong due to our business. Chinese girls are very very hard working and not just in restaurant but even during carpet fair in Xining, girls were the volunteer and were lifting super heavy Carpets. I was shocked to see their strength. Specially females are very polite and friendly in China. Roads are broad, clean and greenery is everywhere. I have seen one more thing, staff jumps, claps and dance before their restaurant gets started and they do it daily. May be some sort of training or to boost them up. Ruchi I love your channel.
