Shanghai has many fine restaurants. When we visited in 2014, we went to a "hotpot" restaurant with a young couple. It was crowded and the matron said it might be an hour wait. She glanced at me and asked how old I was. Over 70!, then she put us ahead of everyone. "Age" is greatly respected in Shanghai and elsewhere in China. I got middle age ladies giving me their seats on crowded subways, and insisted I took their seats. Beautiful people and country.
the big city has a big problem which is the rent is too high for the traditional food，and it kills lot of good restaurants who want to keep the food taste but cant afford the cost😥

When I was an undergrad, I went to Xinjiang barbeque a lot with my friends. Most times, each of us will drink at least 10 bottles of beers and at least one of us would be totally black out. I really miss the old days when I could be so happy and energetic.
I've seen many of this kind of couples in China. A couple in Dalian, a couple in Taiyuan, 2 couple in Tianjin, and in Nanjing, Hangzhou, Zhengzhou and Guangzhou. But let me make it clear that i don't know if they were india national coz facially they were india.

Nope, her husband is from Jilin Northeast China, the same place where I am from. People from Northeast, Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang are used to consuming a lot of beef and lamb. I could eat a kilo lamb among other food and vegetables a meal since I was a kid. That lamb shank is definitely for two people maybe need little more.

In Malaysia, you can easily find mutton in Indian or Muslim Indian restaurants and they are mostly eaten by Malaysian Indians, less by other ethnic groups.
Actually as a Malaysian Chinese i would say these Indian muslims restaurant, which we called it Mamak are a hotspot for every ethnics especially during football match
Grilled mutton is perfect for warming body up in a cold night. Lamb is very common in northwestern China, not as popular in the south. I heard that the mutton in northwest, especially Xinjiang, tastes different because of its freshness and premium local varieties, which is hard to find outside of the region, as the mutton lost its flavor (or grow more lamb taint) during transport & storage

Be honest, Guangzhou is better for living. It is mostly warm and hot year round. Trees and flowers are all over the place year round. Shanghai is a bit cold.

3:40 wrong, goat meat is almost everywhere in Northern and Western China. The full motton leg dish might not be that popular, but you can find lamb BBQ and hotpot at almost every single street in China.

I been shanghai in 2008 , Very difficult for me to find chicken and mutton. I can’t spell properly. later i found muslim restaurant chain usually every dish picture on restaurant wall. I found this muslim restaurant chain in all over china cities. Also i got amazed way they prepare noodles with their hands.

He doesn’t get sick. We both kind of got used to in our 10 day stay in the freezing house. We were living in -4 all during the day. But I give the credit to fish and eating healthy

I have never eaten grilled mutton , I like mutton spicy but now afteŕ my marriage I can't eat because of my B.p become high. I had also eaten grilled chicken sizzling in restaurant . In 2021 the end of January for three days I had spent my holidays in the C/P of my daughter &son in the hotel at Beach Comber in Mauritius. There had different varieties of food that we call (open buffet ) and had pulao in kashmir which was spicy delicious .I enjoy myself very much . Nice vlog thank you for sharing dear .

When I was an undergrad, I went to Xinjiang barbeque a lot with my friends. Most times, each of us will drink at least 10 bottles of beers and at least one of us would be totally black out. I really miss the old days when I could be so happy and energetic.

Nope, her husband is from Jilin Northeast China, the same place where I am from. People from Northeast, Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang are used to consuming a lot of beef and lamb. I could eat a kilo lamb among other food and vegetables a meal since I was a kid. That lamb shank is definitely for two people maybe need little more.

Vegetarian restaurants are actually pretty easy to find in China, just go to the nearest Buddhist temple and there will be a bunch of them.

In Malaysia, you can easily find mutton in Indian or Muslim Indian restaurants and they are mostly eaten by Malaysian Indians, less by other ethnic groups.
Actually as a Malaysian Chinese i would say these Indian muslims restaurant, which we called it Mamak are a hotspot for every ethnics especially during football match

Grilled mutton is perfect for warming body up in a cold night. Lamb is very common in northwestern China, not as popular in the south. I heard that the mutton in northwest, especially Xinjiang, tastes different because of its freshness and premium local varieties, which is hard to find outside of the region, as the mutton lost its flavor (or grow more lamb taint) during transport & storage

He doesn’t get sick. We both kind of got used to in our 10 day stay in the freezing house. We were living in -4 all during the day. But I give the credit to fish and eating healthy

I have never eaten grilled mutton , I like mutton spicy but now afteŕ my marriage I can't eat because of my B.p become high. I had also eaten grilled chicken sizzling in restaurant . In 2021 the end of January for three days I had spent my holidays in the C/P of my daughter &son in the hotel at Beach Comber in Mauritius. There had different varieties of food that we call (open buffet ) and had pulao in kashmir which was spicy delicious .I enjoy myself very much . Nice vlog thank you for sharing
