I’m no expert, but there’s two ways you can play him, you can either focus more on his burst damage, or rely on charge attacks. If you fully fill your burst then charge attack is almost instant. But at the same time you gotta be careful if you’re using his burst because charge attack drains that energy.
He has two playstyles. Charge attack and normal attack dps. Using his burst lets you shoot piercing electro arrows with normal attacks which are pretty fast. Or you could use charged attack. Charged attack time decreases, the more energy he has. So if his energy is almost full, each charged shot will charge in 0.3 seconds. Otherwise, without energy....yeah. His piercing arrows have a much wider AoE than they actually look onscreen, so he's more viable for hyperbloom than other dendro/electro bow users. Use charged attack playstyle for higher damage but slightly higher risk, as you cant move when its charged. Or use infused normal attacks from burst for more comfortability. Both playstyles work depending on your situation. Also a side note, his charged attack is PIERCING, so it'll go through enemies, but his infused normal attacks are NOT piercing, similar to Yoimiya. So his charged attack playstyle is more suited for multiple enemy scenarios
