That slow mo shot of him trying to run across the water was as perfectly hilarious and awesome as it could get! He truly looked - in both face and running technique - like he believed he could run across the water.
This crazy ass sketch aside, I honestly believe Bobby is a ninja. Doing a full cartwheel during Julia Louis-Dreyfus' episode, dancing on par with a pop star (he did single ladies while in HEELS), jumping over the Weekend Update news desk all without breaking a sweat, and this is a guy who's mildly overweight and is a few years shy of forty (not that one could tell at first glance lol). This dude puts the "fat" in "acrofatic" XD

The beginning of this sketch wasn't humorous at all. Just shows how dumb the audience is. I can only assume they laughed because they WANTED something to be funny, and the bit was going a while without any jokes.

When you look at LinkedIn there are zillions of these stories and people are absolutely crazy about them. There was a girl who finished an university with taking care of her son she had when she was like 16-17. I'm pretty sure there are tens of thousands stories like that every year but people picked her and gave her 300k likes, which on LinkedIn is a lot. Now we have an ongoing discussion about a boy without father who received a mass SMS giving 1000€ to you father if you do something. He was a little bit upset because he has no father but people made a story out of it how much he has to suffer, almost like the girsl BOKO HARAM has kidnapped years ago.

I like how they take shots at what American Ninja Warrior is now, it's basically a reality show where literally everyone has a boohoo sob story. And the people that dont have a sappy backstory do their runs during the commercial breaks as a screw you to them

Yeah I'm old enough to remember the real Ninja Warrior where people competed just because it was an obstacle course and they wanted to test their limits now they do it for money and the reality tv bullshit infiltrated the game so the show is more about sob stories and the whole purpose of pushing and testing human limits has been almost completely forgotten.

I still think it's great because of the the Star Ninjas, l watch for them especially Jessie Graff. I do agree that there can be too much sad stories but l understand that they have them to motivate people! By showing other people overcome really tough moments in their life.

This is so accurate... Just done watching an episode of the show. There were two contestants with long sad stories. One was a cancer survivor and the other one survived some rare condition which made her paralyzed.
The cancer survivor fell on the second obstacle and the other one fell on the first obstacle
Shit, I knew how this was going to go but the story actually sucked me in and I wanted him to succeed!

Funny thing about this sketch is that it's so accurate how almost every contestant has frigging course build on ther garage or backyard from scraps and how they have been preparing 10 years for this single run and they are all 'all eggs on this basket' kind of people. It's just funny to me.
