    Good review but need to compare with factory sounds. The other thing is having reverb FX in AB obviously makes even a bad sample sound better, so to get a idea of what they are really like no reverb would have been better in a review I think.

    Hi A.Arda DILEK...I bought the Apple CCK for iPad4..they sell this in two parts..one with a USB to Lightning and one with SD to Lightning..you need the USB one...works the same as the 30 pin one.

    With all due respect, would you mind filming another one of these with no reverb, please? Thank you kindly.

    The sounds are much more realistic than the ones that are already there..

    Thanks for the run down. You didn't really say how the sounds that are already in sampletank compare to their miroslav versions. Such as single violin, clarinet, flute etc? Is it a vast improvement?

    Once I heard the first flute sample I downloaded it right away.. I can't think of any other apps that comes close for symphonic sounds. Anyone know of anything comparable?

      Some of the addon sounds for ios Music Studio are quite good for dry playable sounds

      I plan to get one but I saw iSymphonic.. How's your experience with this one.. It's been a year. You liked it?

      It's good. Go to the forums and check out the downloadable sounds, there are some orchestral sets for free that works well too.

    Hey @thesoundtestroom thanks for this amazing video but I got a question for you. I use my music apps on ipad 4 too and need to find a way to use my irig keys with it. How do you use your own? Cck? 30 pin to lightning? Will be waiting like crazy for your response, 'cause I'm about to drive insane due to not being able to use it as I want. Thanks!

    Does this app have 8 bit and Chiptune instruments?

    • @TheSoundTestRoom
      @TheSoundTestRoom  10 лет назад

      None at all, its more for real instruments like guitar, voices, organs, strings and classic synth sounds, if thats what you like .i can dig out a list if apps that do that much better

    • @criminalvictory
      @criminalvictory 10 лет назад

      I'm currently making 8-bit music, and the app I use is very limited, so if you can give me a list that'll be great! Thanks dude! :)

    Should I get this or the iSymphonic?

    • @TheSoundTestRoom
      @TheSoundTestRoom  9 лет назад

      +onzkicg Really depends on personal preference, they are both very good, SampleTank will give you more sounds and option though, but iSymphonic is very good too and has options to buy many more sounds too.
      Here is a link to an iSymphonic video i made, there are also a couple of other demos i made for the different soundpacks you can get for it.

    Question for you: Do you like this sound pack over the iSymphonic Orchestra app??
    It's currently on sale for $17, so just trying to weigh quality and over all price between the two.

    • @TheSoundTestRoom
      @TheSoundTestRoom  8 лет назад +1

      Tough question because both are very good, I would probably start with Miroslav but if you want more detail iSymphonic is pretty hard to beat

    • @colinfarel
      @colinfarel 6 лет назад

      My opinion, Miroslav Philharmonik 2. iSymphonic sounds a tad bit better, but by the time you do all the add ons it costs more than buying Both Miroslav packs.

      I'm glad this stuff is on sale. I just got both Miroslav packs and I wanted to get the strings hit for some Jamiroquai /disco stuff (Cosmic Girl, Canned Heat).

    Avoid ik multimedia apps big time, lost a lotta money on them, no user help, you pay for extra sounds, they never get installed! Pay if you've got money to throw out of the window
