This is soft brick and can easily be unbricked by flashing fastboot ROM. Hardbrick is when device doesn't starts at all.
For hardbrick you need toucht it test points and connect PC when say connected check port need say "QLoader 9008" and flash stock rom (sorry for bad eng)

I have a question, when I connect the phone to PC (when fastboot is on the screen), the phone keeps restarting even after pressing power + volume down buttons, for a few seconds it seems that the PC has recognized the phone but it just keeps disconnecting and rebooting over and over again.

@@kylevincentalejandro4875 in my case it was the power button that has humidity and that made the button always pressed, so I cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol and it was solved
can i flash global rom cause india version is not available..india version is not yet come .when i flashed indian version it says current device antirollback version is greater than package.its been month my device is in softbrick..will global version work???or i have to wait until new indian version comes.....

How can I fix error:Writing 'super'? I think the problem might be that my phone doesn't have that partition but I'm not sure. I know that I have the file "super.img" I even tried different roms and different versions of miflash I even tried just through platform-tools by opening flash-all and still the same error. I even tried QFL but I still get this error even after trying with Linux I still get the same error so please help me. If it's because of my phone how can I fix this?
