What to do with your Brisket trimmings | Arroz con Carne | ASMR

In this video I prepare our Texas Version of Arroz con Carne. I made a brisket a few days ago and had some brisket chunks laying around. So I tossed them in the rice.
There’s lots of variations of this dish. And yes your grandmas and your mom’s recipe was the best! But Of course 😂😂😂 please share it with us 👍
Right before adding the stock you could add a million things to it for additional flavors Things like tomatoes, tomato sauce, Serrano, jalapeños, chipotle chiles, all kind of herbs and peppers. In our home we don’t like to get too authentic but we don’t just eat plain white rice. White rice has its time and place of course but we don’t eat it too often.
