Bowltv, Thank you for uploading the 2024 USA Team Trials Men's Amateur Stepladder Finals. Also, Are you planning to upload the Stepladder Finals of the Women's Amateur Championships Next Tuesday?
The one announcer said that one of the first match competitors was 17; so he's still in high school. I graduated at the age of 17; even though I stayed in school for my senior year; after earning enough credits to graduate by the end of my junior year. Age has nothing to do with a students level of education; once they have begun their education. js

Back in my days and this was the 1980s to 2000s the game was fine but still a 220 average was hard to achieve. I did it at times. Today if you average 230 you might be the lowest in the league. They are also shooting 3-4 300 games per night to the applauses of NO ONE! I remember back then having the first 9, the entire league would stop to see my last three shots. Also bowling balls lasted longer and you had only a few to choose from - today they cost $300 each and there are 15 new balls on the market with strange weight blocks that last for 10 games before they get all cut up and overly-sanded/polished. Plus beside the stupidity of two handed like having a seizure bowling styles, NOW they are starting pins with strings in the pin deck! YES pins with strings attached to them instead of pin machines more like candlepin bowling! This is why good scratch leagues, bowling centers, etc are disappearing and the only attraction these days is cosmic bowling with full blown rap music going on which is the only way they may be able to make a few dollars - if that!
@@mr.aerial1885 they seriously need to lower the cost of bowling balls OR find a way to make the covers last longer. they’re literally sponges at this point
Does everyone (youth) and his uncle have to throw two-handed because it generates more speed, power and revs on the ball? I feel you can generate just as much speed, revs and power with one handed too as a stroker, power stroker, thumbless and cranker. Also, two-handers only line-up is unbearable to watch because the style is just boring because everyone throws it the same. So I fast-forward with a thumb-down.
@@ripvanrevs That is not necessarily true. More youth bowlers are choosing the two-handed style starting out and stick with it over time than one handed.
I’m youth. I throw one handed but I’ve heavily considered switching because of all the issues I have with thumb fit. While I like throwing it 1 handed, I’ve struggled with figuring out proper fit and It’s been bad. I think it’s personal preference, who we admire and what we prefer doing.
That cheering the whole time was awful lol. Every single shot like they won the tournament, toning it down out of respect for the competitors would’ve been nice
If I subcribe to bowltv, will they show womens (REAL) bowling? Don't enjoy watching children playing spinnipoo. With string pins coming, I'd like to enjoy some real one-handed artistry b4 they kill this sport by making it a total arcade game.

Yikes. Weird bowling fans on this comment section.
Thanks bowl tv. I subscribe to your channel to support the sport.
Why are the men that are covering the Men's Team USA Competition constantly talking about the women's competition at the other side of the facility?

because it gives you a power advantage to help knock down more pins. hope this helps
Between two handed bowling and ball technology, the game of bowling got ridiculously easy! It's time to increased the weight of the pins.

If the one handers were better, they would have been on show!

Have you ever heard of Jason Belmonte? 😂

I'm guessing you can't keep up with 2 hander's lol

A bit childish eh? All bowling is good bowling.
Up 10 with a 200 rev rate wearing a mechanical wrist cast is “real” bowling? 🤣🤣🤡
