I'm trying to understand how Total Quantity from the dashboard is 448, which is the same value with Unsold Products.... any help?
same doubt!! I think it's supposed to be OrderQuantity, by mistake unsold products might have been selected.
I've really enjoyed this. However, I think it is prudent to make the Max date 2009 in the (IFERROR) formula instead of 2008 when doing the % comparison. With that, 2008 can be compared with 2007. I've tried that and it works.
Just my humble opinion.
Thanks for the detailed dashboard Masterclass. Kindly reconsider YOY change formula. If I calculate using below formula, the result in the Profit YOY change between 2006 & 2005 is 110%, which is a reasonable one.
YOY Change= [(Profit of Selected Year−Profit of Previous Year)/Profit of Previous Year]×100
I think he meant percentage distribution not yoy. my opinion.
Yup, still don't get it why the percentage = that of selected year/total that of selected year and previous year

Your Tutorial has been amazing.. But I'm having an issue... When I click on the control the texts (of revenue from the highlighted year) doesn't change even if I choose profit or transactions on the dashboard

Why i click year filter, it’s only show 1 column in the year 2005, no matter i choose 2k6, 2k7 or 2k8, it’s always show a column in 2005 position. Can u help
Go to year slicer settings>report connection> remove connection from year pivot table. It will work
My slicer is included 2010 and I don't know why. Any help with that Sir?

Please Help! I'm on Part 2. Transaction, Total Revenue and Total Profit data are not showing in the pivot table data field with the Years. How do i go about this?

I've watched and practised along with you the first 2 videos of this project. but My Excel becomes too slow. Is there any recommendation for solving this problem?
Just update your Excel to the recent one. Like Excel 2021 or 2019.
Also make sure that you're using 64 bit version of excel

Go to your pivot table setting and uncheck GetpivotTable. That is all, it will be fixed.
