Bond is such a high standard role that it is almost impossible to find an actor who has everything that it takes to play it. You have not just to look beautiful, you need a ton of male charisma, natural class, a specific maturity in your face and gaze, and world class actor skills. I believe it will be very hard for anyone to make better in those fields that the original Sean Connery's Bond. That said, Craig has made a wonderful Bond. Now he's gone, there are not a lot of viable options left. And from all the actors that have been cited to take the succession, I believe Aaron Taylor Johnson is indeed the best choice. Some people woud prefer Henry Cavill, he 's a charismatic and very decent actor, but he has a superman face type, not a Bond face to me. Besides Aaron is not stamped yet by super iconic roles like Cavill is, so it's easier for the audience to accept a relatively new face for a character of that magnitude.

Aaron Taylor Johnson makes sense if the producers want a young Bond. He’s a good actor. No issue there. I just hope they don’t try to explain the last Bond dying. Personally, I don’t think they should have killed off Bond at all in the last Craig film. It’s James Bond! It’s suppose to be fun escapism. Not bloody high drama. Also, when I was growing up, you just accepted that a new actor was suddenly playing Bond. Even if M, Q & MoneyPenny were played by the same actors. So I really hope they don’t try to explain that the last 007 died…and this is the new 007. First, It would make no sense that they were both named James Bond. So just forget that the Craig Bond existed or died in the last picture. Make it a complete reset. The audience will accept that this is a new series of films. No need to try to jump thru hoops explaining it. This isn’t the Marvel Universe. You can’t just create a multiverse with multiple Bonds coexisting. 😂 That’d be stupid. Just make these new Bond films as their own thing with a new Bond. Even if they use the same actors as M & Q. Just continue the adventures with a new actor playing Bond. Audiences will accept that. Just don’t kill off Bond again in a decade when Aaron gets tired of playing 007. Never do that again. Just change actors like they’ve always done.
no thanks. not another BLM forced race swapping of established characters. also, Idris Elba is as old as William Craig. no reason to pick a guy that has no future for the franchise. a much younger actor was indeed needed. and with regards to Aaron, he looks nothing like a James Bond. impossible to see this hippie clown become a James Bond. the best option was always Henry Cavill
Should leave the James Bond choice to the audience ro pick...and ita Henry Cavill.... don't waist your time ..he is the one Sexy classy funny atrong witty...and absafuckenlootly Dreamy to look at ..😎
In the books, Bond is in his early 30s so the actor should be around that age. Cavill is in his 40s so right off the bat he is too old. As the actor you are also expected to make 4 or 5 films which will take 10-15 years, at least. That would put Cavill in his mid to late 50s when his run is over and that is way too old. We don’t want a repeat of Roger Moore who was still doing Bond when he was pushing 60 and in the last movies we were to believe that all these 20 year old bombshells were falling head over heels for him. ATJ is a great actor, looks the part, is of right age and he can do both comedy and action. He would be a good choice if they go with him.
I would love for Taylor-Johnson to be the next Bond. Don’t understand the hype about Cavill. Why would you want Superman to also be James Bond? I would see Clark Kent whenever he wears a suit. No, thanks!
Blofled dead , James Bond dead, James Bond having a child, Felix Leiter dead, M playing tricks against nobody understanding in No time to Die, its not same Bond movie anymore. Please make Tom Hardy at 46 he can still do couple of movies as we dont have a 70's Born Bond

No decision would make everyone happy. Remember when people had a melt down over a blond James Bond............................... IT IS A MOVIE GET OVER IT !
As a bond fan for over 50 years...and having watched him in Bullet Train, I think hed be a good choice, great presence and edgy like Daniel Craig was in the first 4 of his (loved the first 3, liked the 4th and hated his last one, ) ....Henry Cavill would be good too, ....he has charisma and did some great fight scenes in mission impossible ...
If they are street smart, the producer should full embrace and announce that Henri will be the next 007, period ! Henri is amazingly handsome, witty, full of charisma and natural elegance and a hint of mystery in his persona. He is the embodiment of the Bond character to the core ! No one else can !
What in the world makes people think Bond can be anything other than an Anglo-saxon Brit?
Exactly. In which case Aaron Taylor jewson should not be cast as bond ever
Should not be James Bond. He’s got less charisma than a paper bag.
For woke reasons, Broccoli saw fit to have Bond “kill himself” after 50 years of surviving a lot harder situations.
James Bond is dead to me.
I truly hope this is NOT TRUE. This would be awful. Henry Cavill should be the new Bond
2:28 "I signed up for one movie."
I hope this stays that way. Don‘t steal away our beloved 007 number.
If he ever does direct, write ✍️, and produce a James Bond film, I really hope that Christopher Nolan casts…
Henry Cavill as 007
Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Bond’s brother/ Sidekick
Idris Elba and David Dastmalchian as the Villains
Emily Blunt as Female Bond/ Bond’s love interest
Lashana Lynch as Nomi (reprising her role from No Time To Die)
Naomie Harris as MoneyPenny
Tom Hardy
with Robert Downey Jr
Margot Robbie as Female Bond/ 007’s brother’s love interest
and Cillian Murphy
Ed Sheeran & Taylor Swift both should write and perform an original theme music
Hans Zimmer compose the soundtrack
Produced By: Christopher McQuarrie p.g.a., Christopher Nolan p.g.a.
Emma Thomas p.g.a.,
Written By: Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Christopher McQuarrie & Christopher Nolan
Directed By: Christopher Nolan
I also wish that film was 3hrs long like Oppenheimer, and finally get a $2B Box Office film.
Production Company: New Line Cinema, Syncopy, Inc. Legendary Pictures
Distributed By: Universal Pictures & Warner Bros. Pictures
Henry cavhill exists what the hell
Yes for Aaron T-J ❤
Henry Cavill , if not, RIP James Bond
So sad I was hoping that you would pick someone very handsome. I haven't watched a bond movie in ages .
No superman Carvill
The soft male thing doesn’t work across the board. Bond is too masculine a role for the actor IMHO.
No way😢😢
Theo James, Jonathan Bailey, Regé-Jean Page, Nicholas Hoult
None of them has that extra special physic required for playing Bond
Shame to see the Bond franchise end on a wimper. 😢 Should have been a Scotsman.
It is a loss for the 007 community 😕 😢 😔
I think Idris Elba would make a great Bond
no thanks.
not another BLM forced race swapping of established characters.
also, Idris Elba is as old as William Craig.
no reason to pick a guy that has no future for the franchise.
a much younger actor was indeed needed.
and with regards to Aaron, he looks nothing like a James Bond. impossible to see this hippie clown become a James Bond.
the best option was always Henry Cavill
henry cavill
richard madden
Tom Hardy
Jason Statham
Dan Stevens
No I can't see Madden in ti 😅😅
Well, isn't James Bond already dead? Maybe they should call him James Bond Jr. or James Bond II
jb never dies.
Every Bond exists on its own Universe. If it were one big saga, he would have served from 60s to current day without aging.
Biggest misdirection…could evolve into Henry Cavill 😎
poor choice hes too young too
Tragic, this was probably the worst choice
When I first saw Kick Ass, I said to myself: This dude would be a perfect James Bond. - Said nobody, ever.
This will be an adjustment for me as it will mark the first time an actor younger than me will take the roll. I’ll see what the kid does. :)
Should leave the James Bond choice to the audience ro pick...and ita Henry Cavill.... don't waist your time ..he is the one Sexy classy funny atrong witty...and absafuckenlootly Dreamy to look at ..😎
Henry Cavil
Perfect James Bond !!!!
A GOOD CHOICE BUT I STILL WANT: SAM REID(Interview With the Vampire)
Wtf!
No no no
A will not watch the movie if he is the one sorry he is not James Bond
So so sad I'm just hoping that you would pick someone very handsome
I have not watched J B movies in decades sorry Daniel Craig 😔
In 10 years, they should consider Jacob Elordi for their next Bond. Gonna miss Daniel C, he was great, watched all of his Bond movies.
No, thanks!
Should’ve been Michael fasbender
Blofled dead , James Bond dead, James Bond having a child, Felix Leiter dead, M playing tricks against nobody understanding in No time to Die, its not same Bond movie anymore. Please make Tom Hardy at 46 he can still do couple of movies as we dont have a 70's Born Bond
I agree with you about Tom Hardy or Jason Statham
Just like I expected. They're doing A young Bond prequel to Commander Bond. It was their only move.
I think Henry Cavill is too muscular for a "discrete spy"
I’m as excited as my nan’s funeral
HENRY CAVILL, DEFINITELY WILL WATCH
Henry Cavill MUST BE
My favourite pick would be Charlie Day as 007. He was awesome in Pacific Rim - Uprising!
Let's goo 🔥
I dont care who the next bond oerson is but can we get a new movie in the next two years please lol feels like its been a long time and they havent even gotten their bond yet, (Officially) I always look forward to who plays the villain its just as important as bond to me.
Idris Elba would have made an amazing James Bond.
Ur woke
Too old now
Idros elbow is too busy virtue signalling to his earth depopulation buddies.
And Brad Pitt would make an amazing black panther, vin diesel as shangchi and Eddie Murphy as superman
