    Thank you Laura! I didn’t make it to the gym today so I tried this and it was wonderful! I didn’t know a lower body workout could be so hard without any equipment - just a mat and my own body!😄. I will be using this often, just wanted to say thanks for your effective, difficult yet peaceful workouts. I’ve loved every video you’ve made! Bless you!💖

    Hi Laura! Just wanted to say we love your workouts which we discovered only a few weeks ago. Just challenging enough to be really enjoyable and the fact they are short makes them feel do-able, too! We look forward to more videos - any chance of one involving downward-facing dog? :)

      This one is tough!!! Buns on fire 🔥 Arms is a great combo- you’ve done so well fitting both of these in! It’s great to hear my videos translate well from my classes Xx
