Steel Taipan is a Mack Rides launch coaster, and opened in the park in 2021. Based on the Blue Fire coaster model, Steel Taipan has some differences that make it unique to other Blue Fire clones: it has a triple launch and a tail spike! It was also the first Mack coaster in the world to feature spinning seats on the back of the train.

In my opinion, the spinning rear seat on Steel Taipan is the best roller coaster experience in Australia. It's a little bit different every time!
