Thanks for the honest review . Couldn’t wait for these to release , but after seeing this I’ll pass . I just got the Stylecraft Rebel and Those are my go to at the moment.💈
@@RUclipsBarberAcademy I love them just as light as magic clips but they go right through the bulk like butter . You can definitely feel the power of the motor .
Thought I was the only one. I have gotten hate over this clipper but I just don’t think, with all the other clippers out, that this is worth the $220. Awesome video as always. 💪🏾
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the Oster fast feed. I like cutting with fast feed. However, seeing these is such a letdown. Being a guy who’s just joining the cordless clipper community, Oster please recall this clipper and study the game changers in the clipper community.
Saying that it “opens to a full 1” is a misconception. It opens up to a detachable 1. A plastic #1 guard is equivalent to a detachable 1A. The Master and Fast Feed never needed that 1.5 guard due to having that lever open as much as it does.
Thanks for the great honest review and saving me some money. I was looking forward to the cordless version, but it guess I will wait till they hit the used market and pick them up cheap.
Lopro fx for the win! This is from a die hard corded fast feed user who just came to the cordless game 2 years ago and still used the fast feeds on difficult to blend texture hair. The lo pro fx feels incredible in the hand and can do everything any of the other top tier cordless clippers can. I even like the lo pro trimmers to be honest. The cordless oster fast feeds are to big in the hand but to be honest they tried to give us what people been asking for. But despite the size they are pretty light and quite I just like the ceramic blade and adjusting that way as opposed to these.
You definitely saved me money because I will not be buying them. As a huge fan of the Oster Fast Feed I am disappointed, all of your points makes perfect sense. 10 years for a clipper that’s a barbers favorite it should’ve been more well put together and thought out. I’m sticking with what I have.
Thx for the review Eddie! I love Oster clippers it's something different the blends come out.. thx for saving me $ on this one gamma rebels here I come 😆
Thanks for the heads up I’ll stick to corded 🙏🏽 . hey I know you’re a big 50 cal mag fan I am to try the 50 cal bmg bro I love them 🔥🔥🔥 when you do make a review people are sleeping on these !!!
Just got the black and silver cordless, looks amazing… rattles like all hell. The battery is rattling, the on/of switch rattling. Calling up customer service.
Wow what a total disappointment 😞 After all this time all Oster can say is we went cordless lol! Thanks for the show and tell Eddie and this clipper here is a no go for me.
Great review but you forgot to mention the dollar store plastic feel and smell of the clipper.Oster fumbled the ball so hard they won’t be able to recover.
@@RUclipsBarberAcademy so being someone that don't have a clipper that opens that far but wants one would this be a bad choice to get just for fading. Not for bulk
I literally stopped watching your channel because I wasn't messing with The Fast Feeds. Jeezy too! I really appreciate your growth not just in your lane for barbering, but even your videos and editing has taken off!! I found myself wanting to know your thoughts on this Industry. So thank you again for all that you're doing
I'm not getting it. I'm honestly extremely dissapointed being that the corded version of the fast feeds is in my everyday lineup. Oh well. Can't expect much from Oster at this point
caution! my 25 year old Barber next to me just wasted money on the Oster T- finishers... noisy junk..turn them inverted nothing but chatter... So buyer beware..mileage may vary! I just feel sorry for her, Her little family can't afford these kind of bad buys... she was so excited waiting for them.. and then... boom nothing... what a let down.. I used to love my fast feeds... everything but the cord...
Your review is DEAD ON!!! The best part is the nostalgia and that motor is sweat & quiet. But doesn’t perform worth-a-S*#%!!! Completely unable to compete in 2022 (or 2021 for that matter) HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING. Especially from what was one of the TOP 3 barber equipment brands. It’s a new day. Smh
I honestly feel like there was a big hype for them and the majority of the people who bought them are only doing it for views/interest from the community who are curious about it
I've been watching your videos for awhile and you've always praised the fast feed with the ceramic blade. You also said the original blade absolutely sucked. This video makes is seem as if their is no hope in changing the blade and improving the cordless version of the clipper. What if you changes the blade and it instantly became an amazing clipper? Seems like you gave up on it instantly. This review just seems odd to me.
@@RUclipsBarberAcademy they fade fine. I put out good fades with them. It’s like something is missing. Honestly I feel like they are missing something. The blade opens up WAY to much. But I think there might be a fix that will make them cut better. When you put tension on the blade the power ramps up. I’m thinking that if you bend the tension bar a little it might run with a little more power. I’m also thinking that if find something to put on the front of the bracket to keep it from opening so much it might fix all the issues. Just theories. I know you shouldn’t have to do that with a new clipper but I mean maybe this might be feedback they could possibly use.
I knew that was going to happen with this clipper. The only reason why Oster developed the clipper, is because everybody was nagging them. They make their money making popcorn machines. In blenders… Lol. I honestly don’t know how anybody even used the original corded fast feeds… they have no balls. You have to move really slow with the clipper. If you’re a beginning Barber they are probably good. But if you are a barber in the trenches doing 20 heads a day. They are not going to get it done for you… Lol. I’ll stick with my octanes, rebels, and lo pros

Even tho the fast feeds might have been a let down, this video definitely wasn't 🔥🔥
🤣 and people kept hounding them to go wireless. Personally I like they kept the old-school look the prices just need to come down a bit

Exactly. That was a big L for this man. Everything else was useful tho
Yeah that part was disappointing
@@TitoCutsTampaBay were you able to zero gap yours without any issues? Are you able to remove bald lines?

Finally an in-depth review
This video made me subscribe because you kept it real . Great video
Thank you very much
Dam…. I would never thought you would kill the fast feed
Saved me $220. Literally had it in my cart
It took them 10 YEARS to produce this?!
Does the ceramic blade fit? If so does it cut better
I like the new style Eddie!! Cut and beard combo is dope!
Damn you went hard in da paint ….I appreciate the honesty 👍🏾💯
I think they look cheap. But do look better in black/silver. Your review is great and honest and I will be staying clear of these!

Damm, Oster are gna hate you after this one bruh, you went militant on this one 😂
Hey man I was wondering if you could drop a vid on how to cut beards??
Best review on these by far I've seen yet. Can't wait to see what you think of the Cordless Classic76
Feel like I’m the only one rocking with these 😂 i have a total of 4 of them LOL best clipper I’ve used personally
Awesome video brotha!!!! Loving the transitions! Also I just ordered the rebel!!!!
Heads up Much appreciated
Great video. Seems like the same tune from other barbers in regards to these Oster fast feeds.
OMG I forgot about that game respect Eddie!
Keep it up brother. Beards looking epic!

thanx man ...can we get a review on the new oster t-finisher trimmers?
Thank you!!
Bro fastfeed have more noise than gammaXErgo?
Never said if you could put the ceramic blade on them?

Ouch !!!! Fuckin Oster
Try it again w the ceramic blade pls.
So did he try the ceramic blade or was he too hesitant to try because of the zero gap
have you tried it with the ceramic blade?
Oster created the New Red Headed Cordless Step Child
What kinda haircut do you have bro?
Oster has had a foot out the door for a cool minute this proves it
So is it mainly bc of the lever and you don’t feel like it zero gaps all the way?

@@RUclipsBarberAcademy you mean when you turn the clipper on and off the blade shifts? Does the bracket make the blade move since it shifts

A sense there is a mod coming that will make this workable.
They are pulling due to the ceramic cutter on the blade.
Truth!
Thanks this content is on point 🤣
Question Eddie...Cordless fast feeds or magic clips? Lol
Bet the oster clippers design team are old school...😏
