This is the fourth video about scrum at school. It shows in an example how to use scrum in a class project. Everything is well organized in a padlet and gives you an overview and ideas on implementing a whole scrum cycle in school.
In our KA2 Erasmus+ project P.L.A.N. we create digital learning products in a design thinking process. The products and also the development process are to be didactically evaluated.
To be able to react to the rapid changes in digital development, we apply the agile management method Scrum and Design Thinking. It helps us to embed learning effects during product creation. We are familiarizing ourselves with these methods and experimenting with an application for the school sector. Our products are for example: Explainer videos, digital learning Escape Rooms, Podcasts, Sketch Notes, Gaming and E-Books.
Our project is called P.L.A.N - which means we deal with pedagogy and learning in agile networks. We want to learn from business, education, society and science experts how to implement the digital transformation for us as teachers. Our learning products should be user-friendly for students and teachers. Our project is a KA2 Erasmus+ Project which is co-funded by the EU.
