Meet the Author: Neal Shusterman

A successful novelist, screenwriter, and television writer, Neal Shusterman is frequently cited as a top pick for reluctant readers. The Antsy Bonano series and the popular Unwind trilogy - featuring his book, UnWholly - are a few of Shusterman’s award winning books that show his unique approach to writing.
During the program, Shusterman tells the viewers about the challenge from his ninth grade English teacher that encouraged him to become an author. He shares his planning, writing, and editing processes. He talks with students from West Potomac High School and Fauquier High School via Skype. A student survey about Shusterman's books and characters rounds out the show.
