Banana Sticky Rice
Ingredients:
6 cups glutinous rice
2 to 2 and 1/2 cups of thick coconut cream
1 to 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup cooked black eye peas ( sometime I use roasted yellow mung bean soak in water to make it soft
1 cup fresh shredded coconut
bananas
banana leaves
A steamer and water
