I liked your video about the much lamented Third Lanark and Cathkin Park. A very respectful and informative show. As a Glaswegian, I thank you for that. All your videos on the grounds was very entertaining.
I'm glad as an English Lad you can show the Scottish clubs and background and actual showcase the world that Scottish football is so underrated, unique, and its a proper livelyhood for people, people live for the games at the weekend and thats why I believe Scottish fans are more passionate than English fans.
Nice1mate, totally appreciated the wider audience youve brought to the history and knowledge of our countrys favourite game for that im eternally grateful.
Glad to be a part of this community mate, been here since the start of your journey and I'm proud of how dedicated you were and I love this channel so much
Well done lad, I think my favorite was Brechin. How excited you were to get in there, infectious how upbeat you are about getting into a ground. Keep it up. Now do them all with fans when you can.
I subbed and watched them all, really enjoyed it and have to been a few of those grounds myself. Arbroath is probably the coldest I have ever been in my life.
Credit to him for showing respect to smaller clubs I’m especially happy about how he checked Falkirk out my home town not many people pay much attention to our club
as a young lad in Liverpool 1960's and an Evertonian,,ibought all my footie mags,,like charles Buchan football monthly etc. i was always fascinated with views of scottish grounds with their big slightly tilted floodlights,,like Hampden. tynecastle etc....they went up so far then leaned over. i love the history of the scottish grounds and how big they used to be. Glasgow alone had the three biggest football stadiums in the world until Brasil made the maracana. i live in liverpool which over the years had so many european teams visit but if you check your history the first ever visit in European competition was Dunfermiline Athletic at Goodison Park 24th October 1962. ..and if YOU know yer history...
I was planning on doing something similar this winter whilst I drove the NC500, but thanks to COVID I couldn't. So I'm SUPER glad I got to watch someone else experience it, big respect man. Love the content!
From Edinburgh, I have seen parts of Scotland because of football, that I would otherwise not go to. Now in Shanghai, and unable to travel, your videos bring much joy and intrigue. Thanks
Ross County - Big Thankyou for giving AFC Bournemouth DEREK HOLMES 20 years ago. His gritty determination kept us afloat whilst superstar Steve Fletcher was injured. Derek couldn’t jump like Fletch but many times he did what was needed & his efforts helped keep the club in the league. Great to see they’re doing ok . 😁👍🏴❤️
I have always been a Rangers fan since i was young, its almost impossible to see a match seen as i am in Australia, my other fav club was always Partick Thistle. Massive thanks to all of the clubs that allowed you in to show off their beautiful and sometimes quaint stadiums.
Fantastic mate, I've really enjoyed your videos. You've shone a light on the Scottish game to those of us south of the border. There are so many fascinating places. I definitely want to visit lots of them in the future. Also, so much history behind these clubs. Merry Christmas to you and all your subscribers.
I can remember when St Johnstone stadium was built in late 80s/early 90s and it’s still regarded as ‘new’ ground. Although it’s starting to age a little here !
@@FootyAdventures You’re most welcome and it was great to see you up at Brora Rangers as that’s my women’s team. Putting them on the map, great stuff .

Thanks for the video!!!! I'm am American who LOVES Scottish football and Scotland in general. I want to visit someday. Your videos are the next best thing. 😊😊😊😊

Top video. I was allowed into Livingston Stadium with my Dad as a kid and we were on holiday at the time. We stayed in Edinburgh and went to a ‘Hearts game’
well done top effort and enjoyed ALL the vids! brought back a few memories of these grounds from 80's/90's following my two teams (yeah I know not allowed but one was the small team,) Hearts and Dumbarton. really hope some of the older grounds like Ayr and QOS dont change but lets see...so whats next?? Hope you get to see some games at some of them as the banter and crowd involvement is class and every single comment/insult can be heard!
Glad you enjoyed the journey! Really appreciate you watching the videos. Yeah I have a few things planned.... games etc. I'd love to get inside a lot of the grounds I didn't get in to for a proper look around! Hope fans can come back soon and we get a good bit of news in 2021 for once!
Great video mate - personally I have been at Ibrox , Hampden, Fir Park, Old Kilbowie, Firhill, Love Street,Tynecastle, Dens Park, Tannadice, Pittodrie, Caley Stadium, New Broomfield, Dumbarton , McDiarmid Park,Almondvale ,Rugby Park , East End Park and Parkhead
League 1 and league 2 sides have decent looking pitches and will need to catch a match at some of them sometime in the future if we can get to the ganes again
Nice video mate I've actually visited all English stadiums from premier league to league 2 every time me and my family go on holiday we always go to the closest football stadium
This is the kind of thing I do on holiday. I often end up dragging people who have absolutely no interest along with me In Scotland I was lucky enough to be shown round Ibrox and get into Ayr. I went to the old St Mirren ground a long time ago when I was in Paisley for ice hockey. I have visited Partick and Celtic. Sadly way before mobiles and online maps I went to Murrayfield for ice hockey I didn't realise how close I was to Tynecastle. I wish I'd got more photographic evidence of where I've been. Keep up your adventures.
By way bit history bill struth never signed a Catholic as it was club policy from their foundation up until Graham souness was manager. Celtic on the other hand was a club open to all religions & creeds from its foundation in 1888
Absolute rubbish - there were a number of catholics signed before Souness became manager . Anyway your own club have a lot of shameful history which they have never properly apologised for
Cracking video! What you've done has always been a dream for me. I've done 2 stadium tours in Scotland and they were simply amazing. Would love to see an England one if you haven't already done. (Be out there for weeks 😅)
@@FootyAdventures it is my aim to see a game at Pittodrie before they move. I have been by it but never to a game. In fact Easter Road is unrecognisable now to how it was then.
As much as I don't support Aberdeen, Hans Gilhaus was one of the best strikers ever in Scotland. Top class. Think he even was representing the Holland national team while at Aberdeen?
