Cool to see the inside of the plant. I used to work for the seat manufacturer from 2005-2009. My dad worked at Brampton assembly as a truck driver from parts warehouse to assembly line for about 10 years. Now I work at a Dodge dealership in Alberta all these years later.
Cool, I work at the engine assembly line.
I wish some of these plants would start back making old school models cars with new inside
Dodge is releasing one
@vanguest153and regulations
Yes indeed!
Just bought at auction
Imagine a revamped station wagon but instead of wood, its that Carbon Fiber look?? I would get one in a heart beat!!!!
Having worked at the Dodge truck assembly plant back in the mid sixties I am totally impressed with the quiet, cleanliness, safety and automated systems.
I currently own a 2014 100th anniversary challenger, the car is still solid after 10 years, dodge did a great job in redesigning and assembling the new challenger, way to go dodge boys and girls.
That's great. Hopefully there will be no MANDATORY Cash for Clunkers program in the near future.
The V8 especially the Hemi is one of the greatest feats of engineering in the history of engineering. Great video! What a joy to see these beautiful cars being created and brought to life.
Are you kidding me! It's a Chrysler
Are you serious? Explains why they use the same shit for 10-20 years
@@30hours51 you said it. Shit. Greatest feats of engineering history? Oh yeah, right up their with the space x rockets and the space station. A Tesla plaid will blow their doors off. Look it up. How many people have they killed. Look up the crash test results. They fall apart when they get in a wreck. Again, it's a Chrysler product.
The hemi is absolutely trash. They don't even last past 100k.
In your mind it is lol
Keep building them they'll sell, best muscle car ever.
And mostly get stolen 😂
Hard to believe that these cars have been in production on the same platform for the past eighteen years. The end had to come someday.
And they'll keep getting stolen by The Usual Suspects😂
At 5:40 this engine looks soooo phantastic! I am a big fan of the Challenger ... I love the design of it. It is really different than the usual stuff! I wish I had one now :)
I love it even though I have a Chrysler 300 hemi my Dream Car will forever be the Challenger new or old one. Love what the people and the machines do Amazing Work
The whole EV craze will likely pass so.. More of the actual vehicles, please.
Wrong. The world is heading that way and it's obvious. It needs to be done too.
@@thetgwarrior This comment is wrong. EVs will go away or at least drastically slow down after the 2024 US Presidential Election
@@82_KID It all depends on how much they get subsidized by everyone else.
@@82_KID Nobody wants to spend hours charging their car just to drive 5 miles, and charge it again. Plus, I believe we all can agree that electric cars are worse for the environment.
@@muneymap I think it's just a political waste. We all know the process to manufacture EVs is way worse for the world environment than any regular car. Plus everyone used to LOVE Tesla. Now they want so hard to make Musk the next Trump. It's just bass awkwards low logic reasoning for toys that will waste money we don't have. I like my regular cars and all that comes with them! Merry Christmas 🎄
See this is why I prefer the smell of oil and gasoline in the morning not battery acid
Fact 🗣️
Or burning lithium
electric cars dont use acid
Wasn’t the Charger and Challenger production supposed to end in December 2023??
Yes yesterday was my last day at work
They lied.
Charger and challenger production has moved to windsor assembly plant. I've been working there the last 75 days straight while the plant has been shutdown to retool the plant.
@@paramcheema6666 lol they pushed regular charger/challenger production into 2024 I heard. Also they wouldn’t still have them on the website to order if they stopped making them. The final demon 170 rolled of the line the other day tho.
It did yesterday
Красота ! Чисто аккуратно , прямо не верится что это завод !)))))))
Dream company i wanna work to see the real beast making process 😇😇😇
Amazing work 💯
Super Video !!!!!
I used to work at Toyota Uk
This dodge factory looks so much relaxed.
No uniform, much slower pace looks like holiday lol
They are in Canada ehh
Ya not that slow of a pace probably build 60 vechiles an hour or more
@davecramer9725
Highly doubt it a car every minute.
Toyotas tact time is 89 seconds for a car
And is crasy in assembly
I was in press as where this video is taken and yes its more slower speed ,but requires more skills
It looks so nice but please how can you get employment in such automotive companies? Do you need any qualifications? Please highlight me

Фантастика!
So cool to see the demon badge put on the car. Its cool to know there are at least a crew of humans still working together and assembling cars, in Ontario!
This is crazy to watch! I had no idea robotics were used this much in car manufacturing
Then you need to watch the bmw making offs in germany
Totally that's why so many manufactories are not hiring anymore, it's all automated
Robots are consistent and can produce more in a short period of time. Think how long and the amount of imperfections it’ll be if it was humans on the line putting the frame work together. They saving millions
26 1/2 years in the plant. It was a sad moment to see the last car roll of the line. Very proud to have built these cars.
That girl @8:20 slapping on that demon badge is like the moment the car took its first breath. I can hear that supercharger whining already.
We go crazy over these cars and to them they are nothing 😂
This is amazing.
Painting car this fast they look great.
I live here in Michigan and Brampton Ontario is about 3 hour drive, I remember a car hauler with a 2015 Hellcat Challengers, over years seen rare Challengers and Chargers.
I owned a 2003 Chrysler 300m built at Brampton Assembly, I owned that car for 17 years very well built car sold it with 125,000 miles, still on road, see the car at Meijer's.
I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Overland 4x4 as replacement for 300m was not very good in snow, Lady bought car agreed with me, bought my 300m as replacement for 2000 300m had 175,000 miles on her 300m, she owned 4x4 SUV for winter driving.
Unfortunately there are Dodge customers suffering the repercussions of the strike. There are alot of nightmare stories that lead straight back to the production line during the strike. Its hard no to look at the workers and not see it was done out of spite. One example is someone bought recently a 2023 wide body scat for well over 60k. They didn’t weld the body in the rear correctly. Now Dodge is refusing to replace the car and trying to fix a production issue as important as frame work w a 28k frame glue fix!!!!!!!! That is just 100% unacceptable and the customer wants a full car replacement rightly so. So now they get record breaking wage while the customer suffers there mistakes and faulty manufacturing. Dodge in general between the price gouging, and ending of gas has not only disappointed Dodge owners like myself but has dug themselves into a pretty deep hole design wise moving forward.
Cant wait to see em in the repo lot!
Just amazing to see these monsters come together ❤
Purchased a Dodge Challenger last year in February always my dream car worked for Tesla at the time. Recently vehicle ran red light and ended up damaging my vehicle these cars are absolutely beautiful I almost lost my life think about it before really purchasing this vehicle
I make those steel coils, I open the ladles for the melted steel!
Yall are the most important people to me I love Mopar ❤️
Awesome video. Never seen it from that side before til now.
This was great to see
Никогда. НИКОГДА мне не ездить на такой красоте.
Is a shame that they're not going to make hemi v8 engines no more!...😔😔😔
Yeah, sadly
So, so glad I bought my 2022 Challenger RT Hemi when I did. I know I over paid for it but I don’t care. Daily driver is my F150 but on the weekend, that Hemi roars. You only go around once so get it while you can.
6:47 …yes…..prob had lots of roots 😂
ill never look at the headlight of my Hellcat the same again!! 😈😈
Wow so cool🔥
The automation is amazing. Robotic arms doing the work that humans used to do years ago. I would imagine the best job in the plant is driving these cars off the assembly line.
LONG LIVE THE CHARGER AND CHALLENGER, May They rule the road
No love for 300s
Great video
❤The most beautiful car ever
Damn , this is awesome
The 2056 charger and challenger absolutely final edition
Such an amazing looking vehicle
Which one? There is like seven?
@@StreetDayAutoHell.....all of em 😍
Nice work 😊
AMAZING I JUST SIMPLY LOVE DODGE CARS AMAZING VEHIICLE
Dodge is everything ❤❤
pure cinema
Step 1. Make the performance car with love and pride.
Step 2. Roll it off the dealership lot.
Step 3. Think you can drive fast and Crash it.
I wonder if those people that make these cars are like oh man our hard work.
UNIONS ARE DEAD.
"What do you do for work uncle beardboy?"
"I take a piece of aluminum from the left and stack it to the right. " 😂😂😂😂😂
@@unclecreepy8343 Both of you don't make sense.
I just find it fascinating how just a few floppy sheets of metal can be shaped to make a structure that can handle so much pressure and weight.
I wish I could get one. This car is my only dream😔😔❣️
Imagine owning a car assembly line.
Making cars like bags of chips
I love this cars so much
Realy I like this factory
I would like to work there 💯💯
amazing
Just got y 2023 300c 6.4l hemi.. Never owned a Chrysler. Thank you gods of V8 goodness-I am blessed. It sounds AWESOME and will break the rear end loose every day. It is the ultimate old guy sleeper.......
De volta para o futuro, carro fantástico!
I feel like people should put more respect on the Dodge Charger and Challenger R/T it’s just my opinion
R/T is like a Honda civic. They can be loud but it’s not going anywhere
@@Camaro_96 with 400lbft, they can go far more than any civic
El trabajo perfecto ❤😮
So refreshing
99% of these cars ended up in Detroit, doing donuts in the streets. thanks for your hardwork
First they took the Crown Vics, now they're taking Chargers. We just can't have cool cars anymore
Beautiful vehicles, it's a pity that they costs a lot of money in Russia while customs and salvage collection are completed. Want to hear compressored hemi everyday
I was never much of a Mopar fan, but I am slowly coming around!
5:40 Canadian girls built right! 🇨🇦
The girl?
😍
It's good to see the difference between a Dodge assembly plant and a Porsche plant. Makes it very obvious why the Porsche is worth what they cost.
Whosever invented the assembly line was a genius.
I don't like seeing car factory workers without uniforms.
Henry Ford invented the production line. He also was first to pay workers five dollar's a day, Unheard of in thoes days.
Wait....... umm ..... I thought 2023 was the last year of production for both the challenger and the charger V8 and higher trim models.... that's why they did the last chance trims. Two weeks ago it was still 2023 so these are really 2023 models or did I miss something about them deciding to continue the production through 2024?
@@dmcgOR7644 2023 was the last year. The last car to roll off the assembly line was a black Demon 170 on December 22nd, 2023
I thought they were discontinued?
Very satisfying.. hope the workers get a discount cause id hate to be building these all day jus to go out to a Hyundai 😂
nice
Новые шикарно 👍👍👍
The robotic automation is truly amazing
Nice car, Dreams car.
عالیه ❤
Last ones built on December. 22,2023! What a sad day! I'm retired @ Chrysler Fenton, Missouri Plant #1 South U.A.W. Local 136 🚙
I previously worked at Sumitomo Wiring System, this manufacturing plant needs standard ISO 45001
Finally the Demon 😈 is back to roar
The very last one rolled off the line on December.
Классная тачка❤
Esse linha de montagem é top!
Meu sonho é ter um desses, pena aqui no Brasil é muito caro.
Do you have any openings i would like to work there?
super...
Good work so how can we get that sport car's
Someone gonna steal the production machine
Lol its outdated AF; no one is stealing the ideas.
Sei que existe em carros mais modernos ,mais luxuosos mas o designer do Dodge Challenger sempre me atrai, um desses estava fora de minhas possibilidades ,trabalhar para realizar.
j'adore
Dodge still getting it done just as nice as the old challenger and charger American made 🇺🇸⚡ always better ⚡ Nothing better than old muscle cars
It’s canadian made not american
So many people are believing that this is the 2024 production line 😂
🔥👏👏👏
I was waiting for somebody or a robot arm to put on that yellow protective guard on the bottom front!
😖😆😂
Imagine the workers saying, "Door and ignition locks? Why? Nobody's going to steal these, right?"
Is Canada still getting these cars in "24? I thought the 2023's were the current end to them??
I think this is how the terminator was made
I missed the part where they hook up all them wires
Nice ROOTS!
Any classic car lover will tell you that a 4-door Dodge Charger is sacrilege to its name and heritage.
A design that’s older than a decade and Stellantis can’t still paint them without the need of so much manual paint corrections.
I’m sad seeing them go. I had a 2010 Charger Sxt with the 3.5 in it I bought new back in the day. I’m hoping to get a v6 awd model of some sort this year while they’re still available.
I was just on the Dodge website, curious enough, the charger and challenger ONLY advertise 2023 model🤔
Ragging and raving from Vanessa at new Detroit staampin.
