Cruise ships are so fascinating. I live in a city where they often dock and it looks like a new apartment block on the harbour. And then the city is full of tourists, which also has its charms. Unless you get stuck behind a group of seniors while you’re in a hurry. Then it’s baaaaaaad
Royal Caribbean is my personal favorite. I went on their ship Harmony in June of 2019, and it was a blast. My gosh, that ship was a CHONKY BEAST. The bigger the ship, the more things there are to do. It was a high school graduation gift from my uncle. It was a 8-day long cruise from Port Canaveral to St. Thomas, Coco Cay, and St. Marten (Dutch side). The food was top-notch and the entertainment was great. For Carnival, I went on the Breeze from Galveston, Texas, to Costa Maya and Cozumel in Mexico in August of 2021. It was OK, but the time flew by fast because it was a 5-day long cruise. For preference, I choose Royal Caribbean.
Smart choice, I have tried both, I’ve been on carnival vista and about a month ago Odyssey of the Seas, you never are not entertained on Royal, they have activities for all times of the day, plus these ships tend to be way bigger
My family and I are big cruise fans. I have been on about 5 Disney cruises and 8 Norwegian. Also, if you think that’s a lot, we met an old couple who have been on over 40 cruises!
@@ship_facts I have been on 4 and they are awesome . 3 on the Fantasy and 1 on the Dream . I will be going on the wonder in Feb 2024 . My favorite part is well everything.
My observation: Royal Carribean: best budget if you want to try suite room (already all inclusive) NCL : best budget for first timer, also best for solo cruiser Disney : aesthetic as hell Celebrity Cruise Line : best food. Among all cruise line I've ever been, celebrity top at their food. If you stick on their MDR everyday, don't worry they have 14 different menus each night and everything was delightful, I have no complain Carnival: crazy amusement park at the sea MSC: aesthetic, futuristic interior design & romantic vibes Regent : #2 best food + modern luxurious stateroom (all suites) Viking : best for retirement cuz it got chill and calm vibes on their interior design Seaborne: idk yet Virgin Voyages: best for groups more than 5 peoples
I'd disagree about virgin for bigger groups. Its also perfect for traveling with mom...i go all the time with my mom. And they have loads of solo activities that we can meet people our ages (my age and moms age)
Royal Caribbean is definitely my number 1. Best food, activities, excursions, ship layout, staff , shows ect. I’ve been on 13ish with them and I’ve had an incredible experience each time. Going to Icon next year! Carnival is fun if you want to party your butt off with your friends. Best BBQ at sea and the burgers are delicious. Going on Mardi Gras this year. So excited 🛳️
My favourite cruise line is MSC! Its luxurious and there is a lot of little details on there cruises! The food was amazing and the crew too! The Boat I was in, was the MSC Divina! Even if it was a 2011 boat its very good and clean!
I've never been on a cruise because I'm not fond of being on water. Your video was great because everyone likes something different. My parents went on Norwegian and Royal Caribbean a few times.
I want to do a 9 day cruise from us to hawaii and i found one on Royal Caribbean first said it was 700$ then with room charges fees, taxes, tip, it ended at 2500$! And carnival was like 4000$ for a similar cruise
Well, I do agree with your point, but I don’t think it’s the best because they literally need bigger ships. Their largest ship is at 99,000 gross tons and that’s just stupid. I do love the room on the Amsterdam. That was my favorite of the ship. I literally came back home with this rare painting and I showed it to my school and they thought I was Leonardo da Vinci no, not Leonardo DiCaprio who played the guy who died in Titanic witches you know who anyways back to the story I really love the buffet so freaking much Holland America has a very great private island the private island half moon cay is just totally amazing not to cococay I would think that it’s a 2nd place island and the ships is probably like a 6/10 I’ve only been on 4 of those cruises the best home America ship is gonna have to be the Amsterdam
I’ve only ever been on the Carnival Sunrise. And I enjoyed it. Lots of stuff to do. And my room was on the same level as the casino, bar, restaurants, etc…
And I am up for you to shut up person because how is the Disney cruise good well I think it’s not bad but idk it’s just way too expensive I only been on 2 of those cruises and it cost me $6000 to go. That’s literally more money than icon of the seas
I'm new to cruising. My 1st is MSC Meraviglia and I enjoyed, I don't go by all reviews cause I might like something they might not like, visa versa. My next is NCL, I was able to use myvegas points, only had to pay for fees, tax and gratuity.
Holland America doesn’t suck for me. It’s not literally the best. It’s not in top 3 I would say maybe 5/10 because they need larger ships because it looks really nice. I do like the art room on the Amsterdam that was my favorite. I literally came home with this flower painting last year, but I absolutely love half moon cay still not the best but good choice. I even love the buffets also same with the world stage I think the new Amsterdam is the best. I really loved the Amsterdam
I personally think norwegian is the best ive cruised norwegian my whole life and i think its better because its more chill then cruise lines like royal Caribbean and lines like that and ive just had more fun on norwegian ships
My favorite cruise line is Royal Carribean because i was on the Oasis Of The Seas it was perfect because i was in Coco cay and rode the Daredevils peak wich is the tallest red water slide in North America it was fun🛳🛳
My favorite will always be Disney Cruise Line . Always . I have been on 4 . 3 on the Fantasy and 1 on the Dream . I did two during February Vacation . My parents let me skip an extra week of school before so I could do 2 .
Tell me how the hell you like carnival it’s horrible as hell the food taste homemade when I got back from Cosmo when I was going back from my cabin it was all messed up, but worse the ship smelled stupid

Thanks for sharing! Cruise ships are simply astonishing!
Astrid... may I remind you that one day you will wake up and discover YOU are old.
God willing you will be OLD for a long time.
Revenge is sweet 😂😂
Royal Caribbean is my personal favorite. I went on their ship Harmony in June of 2019, and it was a blast. My gosh, that ship was a CHONKY BEAST. The bigger the ship, the more things there are to do. Same bro Royal Caribbean is my dream
My favourite is Royal Carribean, only due to the shear amount of ships they have
My family and I are big cruise fans. I have been on about 5 Disney cruises and 8 Norwegian. Also, if you think that’s a lot, we met an old couple who have been on over 40 cruises!
I think Titanic, Olympic, Costa cordia , Viking sky
I agree with pretty much everything…except Celebrity is definitely not great for the money. It is a luxury cruise line with luxury prices 😅
Haha, I also thought Celebrity was a lot of money until I saw there 7 night cruises to Alaska were starting at $241 pp!
@@ship_facts wow 😯 Well, I can safely say that they’re definitely not that price from NJ 😂
My fiancé and I love the Disney cruise! Everything is included. The food is incredible and the entertainment is top of the line!
I need to try them!
@@ship_facts I have been on 4 and they are awesome . 3 on the Fantasy and 1 on the Dream . I will be going on the wonder in Feb 2024 . My favorite part is well everything.
@@ship_facts yes! I would love to hear about and see your personal experience! Be prepared to get addicted!
I'm hoping to go once my reverse mortgage gets cleared by the bank 😂
cool
I love Norwegian. Because they have a relaxed dress code policy and there’s so much to do on board there ships. For older people and young adults.
1 to us and 0 to the swedes
Doesn’t suck I would say it’s2nd or 3rd place in my opinion
I love Cunard for the history and I just love QM2
I love Disney, they have such amazing shows on board and show them twice so no matter what your dinner time is, you can still see it
Favorite is princess
Nice! I'm so excited for Sun Princess!
I never been on a princess cruise. I should try it
I went on Symphony of the Seas with my family in March and I can tell you, it is OMG!
Honestly, my favorite is Norwegian joy. I went on it a few days ago it was super nice.
I love NCL. However, the Joy was my least favorite ship! So poorly designed, tiny venues, too crowded!
NCL doesn’t suck
Princess is my favorite. I don’t need water slides or go carts. Just a peaceful relaxing Cruise.
My observation:
Royal Carribean: best budget if you want to try suite room (already all inclusive)
NCL : best budget for first timer, also best for solo cruiser
Disney : aesthetic as hell
Celebrity Cruise Line : best food. Among all cruise line I've ever been, celebrity top at their food. If you stick on their MDR everyday, don't worry they have 14 different menus each night and everything was delightful, I have no complain

Regent : #2 best food + modern luxurious stateroom (all suites)
Viking : best for retirement cuz it got chill and calm vibes on their interior design
Seaborne: idk yet
Virgin Voyages: best for groups more than 5 peoples
I think virgin is best value for solo
I'd disagree about virgin for bigger groups. Its also perfect for traveling with mom...i go all the time with my mom. And they have loads of solo activities that we can meet people our ages (my age and moms age)
i love disney! it’s just amazing service there!
You're been on 13 Royal Caribbean cruises?!?!? HOW?!
I am so jealous.
My favourite cruise line is MSC! Its luxurious and there is a lot of little details on there cruises! The food was amazing and the crew too! The Boat I was in, was the MSC Divina! Even if it was a 2011 boat its very good and clean!
Love MSC Cruises

I haven't cruised on them all. I only cruised on Carnival and Royal Caribbean. They both had nice things about them.
I want to do a 9 day cruise from us to hawaii and i found one on Royal Caribbean first said it was 700$ then with room charges fees, taxes, tip, it ended at 2500$! And carnival was like 4000$ for a similar cruise
I do cruises from 7 nights or more
You forgot Holland America. If you are older, that is the cruise line to book! We love it.
Well, I do agree with your point, but I don’t think it’s the best because they literally need bigger ships. Their largest ship is at 99,000 gross tons and that’s just stupid. I do love the room on the Amsterdam. That was my favorite of the ship. My dad loves Holland America, but he still loves Royal Caribbean more because we’ve been selling on Royal Caribbean since our 2nd cruise
I’ve only ever been on the Carnival Sunrise. And I enjoyed it. Lots of stuff to do. And my room was on the same level as the casino, bar, restaurants, etc…
Ive been on the sunrise once as well, won a bingo match with my family when i went.

I do like the art room on the Amsterdam that was my favorite. I literally came home with this flower painting last year, but I absolutely love half moon cay still not the best but good choice.
