Learning more about yourself is VERY important. How else could you be true to yourself and fulfill your needs if you don’t know what they are exactly. Not to mention, how would you enforce your boundaries. From a self love content creator to another! I really enjoyed this video Muchelle. Thank you!! ❤️
here some extra tips on maintaining good skin: use products for your skin type, don't over exfoliate your skin, try chemical and ezyme exfoliators instead of physical ones, wear sunscreen everyday, clean your phone screen daily, change pillowcase every week, avoid sugary and oily foods, ensure you're eating enough healthy fats and zinc, make sure your shampoo and conditioner aren't clogging your pores, check if you have a gluten sensitivity, get your hormones checked out, wash your hands before cleansing and try not to touch your face! ❤️ find what works for you! genetics plays a large part of the appearance of skin, work with what you got
Love it! One extra thing we could all benefit from learning: how our choices impact the environment, animals and the lives of others. There are some very cool documentaries and books out there to inform ourselves. May 2020 be the year we all take responsibility, and be unashamed of being political for the right causes. Looking forward to learning lots and being the best version of myself this new year!
Love when my favourite minimalist RUclipsrs recommend other minimalist RUclipsrs that I love ❤️❤️ Are there any other Matt davela and Muchelleb followers from Spain watching???😍😍
BTW...Received my Life Map and it’s beautiful...Well Done! Turning 59 next year and this next decade will be literally life changing for me! Now I’m planning and guiding those changes rather than just letting “Life” happen!
Your content is what helps me to get motivated to deal with my depression as opposed to just letting go of everything and passing through my life. It's a very very slow but still progress Thank you so much for your work c:
I’m so excited for the “note taking” in 2020. I need a whole lot of help in that category. Sometimes I take a bunch it notes and it’s not affective as how I would like it. So this will be very handy ❤️
You spoke about getting the "Self care basics" down. Could you please do a video on practical ways to implement those 4 things: Water, good food, exercise and sleep?
Listening to your body has been a game changer for me. Now I know that if I consume flour, dairy or sugar, I will feel sluggish, so I try to break my addiction over sugar. In December, I am having no-sugar challenge and has only break this challenge 3 times 🤭 🤭 TRYINGGGGG
I am really hooked to your channel right now coz this lockdown is making me crazy and I have been following this channel for 2 years but I am really liking the advice rn and appreciating it!
This was a truly helpful and content filled video, thank you! I wrote down all the book recommendations and many other tips for 2020. Always grateful for your videos.
Thank you so much Michelle, I'll definitely incorporate these useful pointers in the new year! I'm a new subscriber and I absolutely love your Channel!
Thank you!!! Your content is so motivating and inspiring! I also just ordered the Life Map, it should be here in North Carolina on Friday and I can't wait 🤗!!

Really want to acknowledge how incredibly helpful this video has been for me..thank you ☺️❤️👍🏻...the only thing that could be better was font and color of things to learn (visibility was low on mobile phone) which i was happy to notice has been taken care of in the latest videos...so kudos and keep up the good work❤️
Hey! Love your video! I just wanted to ask you why learning "raising a problem" is particular good for us women? That seams a bit generic to me. In my experience us women are more likely to raise issues in a relationship to just name one situation. Men usually keep problems to themselves and don't act on their feelings. What are your thoughts on that? Thank you for an amazing channel you inspire me so much!
the think dirty app is a handy dandy app if you're also interested in cleaner ingredients! your videos are my faaaav thank you for being you and creating lil pieces of inspiration and motivation!
Hi Muchelle 👋 Can you make a video how you study from books easily, how you remember it or how you can find the information quickly. Nice to learn from you 💕
