Beautiful work. You’re so inspiring and informative with your work. Thank you for sharing your experience and gentle work. I’m sure all your furry clients love you and know that they are secure in your care 🙏🏻♥️🐕
Such gorgeous work! Would it be possible to share the hair length measurement of the body areas in the description box moving forward? That would be so helpful so I can share with my groomer; I'm sure others would like that as well.
I mean the length of hair on the dogs body; example the length of hair on the body, legs, face etc. Its so hard to articulate it to my groomer just based on a picture sometimes; plus my Cavoodle is more poodle, so lots of curly hair. @@MelanieNewmanSalonEssentials 😄
Bentley coat length on his body is left at about 22mm and I have scissored his legs in proportion with his body which would have been around 25-30mm left on his legs. I hope this helps💗
Absolutely beautiful!!! and your manner just as lovely! 😃 So pleasant to watch!!We are welcoming our new toy Poodle home in December… and these tutorials are sooo inspiring! I will try to groom him at home, but with really good tools and products. We are from London. Not sure if we can get these grooming shampoo and relaxant conditioner here in the uk… But will definitely look into it. Thank you ! 🙏🏻🥰
Thankyou for your lovely comments, I’m so pleased these videos will help. Congratulations on your poodle arrival later this year, they are such wonderful dogs. Yes all of our products are available in the UK www.mutneys.com/?s=Melanie+
Started having a try to groom my Archie yesterday & then found your video.. Archie looks exactly like Bentley except that he is a toy. Your video is the best & easiest to follow, thank you.. I was nearly on the right track with grooming like you have shown & this has given me what I needed to finish him better. Wish I could afford the thinning scissors, have tried a couple cheaper ones but they didn't do anything on his coat. Do you have to brush them every day to keep the fluffy look , Archie is back to his untidy curly coat in a couple of hours. Does one of your products keep them fluffy a little longer.
I am so glad you found our channel and it is helping you. I would recommend definitely buying a pair of thinning scissors when you can afford them, it will make a big difference in your efficiency when grooming. My poodles and Bichon begin to curl after about 4 days after a bath and dry. When I washed them, I shampoo twice and condition once and make sure all the oil and residual is removed from their coat because if the hair is still oily and not clean and dried properly it will curl back straight away. I wash all my dogs once a week and they get brushed then. I use the relax collection on our poodles 🐩 melanienewman.com.au/collections/the-relax-collection
hello, I sometime do. I always watch the coat and make sure the clippers are picking up all the hairs. I prep the coat really well and try to get the coat straight so the cut will be even with out back brushing.💕 I would most likely back brush more on a drop coat.
It's lovely watching you groom Malanie , not only one get to learn many grooming techniques and trick but your calm and soothing presence and voice has therapeutic effect on one's mind. ❤ :)
What a lovely groom! Please do more of these full groom videos if possible, as a newly qualified groomer this is so helpful. Thank you for sharing :)
Thankyou for your inspiring comment, I will definitely continue 💗💗💗

Thanks Chris 💝 we have been busy building the new studio . We have a few more vids filmed , just getting edited 😊
I think my miniture poodles hair in places is straighter but I like the teddy cut.
Yes, some can be a little straighter, but you could still do a teddy trim💗💗💗

Hii Melanie, do never backbrush when clipping, and if not, is because it saves time? Lovely grooms always!
