What's wrong with constructive criticism? It could potentially make her videos better and get more views in the future. I understand if people are being mean, but I mean...telling someone they are talking too fast isn't rude.
I think this video needs a professional voice over person. It's all one continuous flow of the same tone and is very difficult to follow. My suggestion would be to cut this training down into 5 two minute trainings and add color to the instructions. Explain why you do something vs. just showing what to do.

Around the 1:50 mark you said you can import, but you don't show how.. I want to create say, 25 tickets by importing from CSV, can I do that?

Ok i understood how to use but how does customer report issue? Lets say in a small company how can someone as a user side send issue to admin?
Configure your e-mail address for instance your support inbox, all Mails Will then be routed to freshdesk.
