One thing I'd like to point out is that a "Problem" is something fundamentally different in a service-management context. You can look up ITIL for the difference between "Incidents" and "Problems". This is also implemented accordingly in Zendesk.

What is ticket?
or case which is going to be a task to resolved, it can be either from a customer or within a company.
I don't understand one thing. Why we need to create the ticket? I have done customer support job for 6 years and we just receive the ticket in our software by customer. Here why we need to create ticket with customer's name and email ID? its confusing.
Hey there! You’re used to CRMs with an email integration. Once you’ve started creating your database and have it integrated into your email you’ll be up and running. At that point, a customer will be able to email in and it automatically creates a ticket.
