I use fresh desk. Problem is everytime a custmer responds to a ticket on a current subject it creates a new ticket # even with the same exact subject line. We use outlook as our email. We cant seem to overcome this issue and we have 10X the tickets we need

Admin settings -> email -> edit -> under mail server switch to incoming only
