- I participated in an ornament exchange collab with my fellow crafter friends on Instagram. I made this double sided HK ornament and here is a process video of me making it! Enjoy and have a wonderful holiday season! Thank you for watching!
Each layer has been cured before i poured the next layer…duh lol
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Resin is considered a hazardous material and needs absolute proper care when handling it. It is NOT intended for children. Please ALWAYS use resin with proper precautions including wearing proper PPEs (glove, mask, respirator etc) AND working in a well ventilated space. I recommend getting a hold of the SDS (Safety Data Sheet) info that every resin company has available to the public (by law). This has all the info about the resin you are using including the precautions you need to take and first aid care.

Wow! Your skills never cease to amaze me! Was there a lot of trial and error when you were preparing to make this? It looks so complex! I've never seen you make a double-sided charm like this before, I don't think!
This is really amazing!!! You are so talented. But did you break your mixing stick trying to get the resin piece out of the mold? XD
Any chance you'll make a tutorial on the snowflake cane?
+Practical Lessons Not at all! because i bought them lol
crafterzdelights Ah darn, they are super cool, this whole video was pretty.
Great video! How did you seal the sticker? Thanks!
+Dana Laurie I have a video on how I seal my paper stickers. in the tutorial playlist
Great job...although a little more instruction would help, like how long between coats, etc.
Hi there, This wasn’t made to be a tutorial. It’s a watch me resin video. Each coat was cured completely before the next layer.
Adorable!! Where did you find your mold at?
+Trish Wickizer thanks! The mold is from my shop but you would pbb find better ones elsewhere for this purpose since the mold I used was not meant to be used that way. I just used it as a substitute,
Do I have to seal stickers from sticker sacks?
how much resin does something like this use in total? thanks x
Are the candy cane snowflake pieces clay? I started to order some clay flower pieces from AliExpress the other day, but I hadn't used them before so I wasn't sure how they did in epoxy/resin.
Yes, they are clay cane slices. Works great in resin. Sometimes they can float so you may want to wait for the resin to get a little thicker before embedding them.
Thank you!
where did you get your little drill?
