I honestly love this animatic so much! Like, I rarely see anyone give Penelope a stern figure, with the put up hair and glasses, but I think it fits her. Like, she looks more of a mature teacher figure and I def think Odysseus would be into that lol. Not to mention Aeolus and their Winnions. I love how you had them blatantly interacting with the crew, instead of whisping about unseen. I love the animatics that go that route but it’s nice to see this kind of change. And I love how Aeolus seems like a mixture of being friendly and mischievous. Like, they very much view Odysseus with respect and wants him to know that he had men among his crew that he just couldn’t trust. But at the same time, also kind of revels in the chaos of it. Have I mentioned how much I love this animatic lol

I like how you made the wind bag tiny. A good handful sized bag is what people normally do, but making it look like it could hold pocket change really makes it less believable a whole storm could be inside there. It's much easier to believe it could be something like say, jewels and gold.

Also the Elpenor and Perimedes designs? *AMAZING* And Odysseus dreaming of Penelope and Telemachus and the way he tries so hard to hug them- 😭 so sad, but amazing. And i absolutely adore your Penelope and Telemachus designssss! I would actually die if you did a full drawing of Telemachus bc he’s one of my favorite characters (in Epic, even with just a few song snippets. But also in the Odyssey, I feel so bad for him :( ) anyway, everything about this animation was AMAZING!! 🧡

HOLY SHIT! I am upset RUclips didn't recommend me this video before but I'm glad I found it anyway because it's SO GOOD. Your character's designs are amazing, they all look so well. I really like how playful and fun Aeolus looks, but also serious and solemn when it's necessary. The winions are so cute and funny, the freaking knives xD I liked the concept of Aeolus and the winions just staying at the ship chilling during those days, it's a unique idea, most artists have them at most following them from afar. The part with Penelope and Telemachus was so gentle at first but then the desperation in Odysseus when he can't reach them, oh my God, my heart 💔😭 Little detail but I liked the way the moves when Aeolus and Odysseus say the lines "No sir" and "No, do no!"
