NEW ACP HIGHLANDS DIVISION

In a ceremony held yesterday at Kimininga Police Barracks in Mt. Hagen, the Provincial Police Commander for Western Highlands, Jiwaka, and Chimbu witnessed the handover and takeover of leadership from the outgoing Assistant Commissioner of Police Mr. Rigga Neggi to the incoming ACP Clement Dala.
