    I have the SV1 and it already has excellent Rhodes tones! I can imagine how wonderful it is to play on SV2!

    I am often surprised how good my Korg SV2 sounds when recorded. The sound with the built in speakers is only a poor alternative.

    Ein echtes Rhodes klingt doch noch besser, obwohl der Sound echt gut ist ❤

      Yes, that may be. A few years ago I played the Rhodes Mk I myself for 10 years. It‘s realy a great Instrument!

    Sound name?!

      Thank you!
      The basic sound of this recording is the Rhodes Mark II - the variation - a little bit modified by myself with the integrated effects. I love the black chorus with slow speed.

      @@music-compositions4u Excellent playing!. I tried your settings on the SV2 and I like it a lot!
      Would you make a tutorial about playing Watermelon man?, there are a bunch over RUclips but I've not seen any playing it like you.

    • @music-compositions4u
      @music-compositions4u  Год назад +1

      Thank you! I don‘t intend at the moment to make a tutorial. But I can tell you how I make the special fillins in the breaks of the melody.
      I play the notes g and a with the thumb and e flat with the index finger of the left hand and at the same time the blue notes e flat and a flat with the right hand. (The notes g and a similar as a short grace note and the bluenote a flat with a little emphasis). This is for the second fillin.
      For the first fillin I use also the bluenotes e flat and a flat (1 octave higher) in the right hand and at the same time the notes g, a and e flat together in the left hand - just like before.
      I hope this answer might help you a bit.

    How do you record the sound so good?

    • @music-compositions4u
      @music-compositions4u  11 месяцев назад +1

      I have chosed the Sound Rhodes II on the sv2. With only a few black chorus. And direct digital recorded with my Yamaha MODX. Than saved on a USB Stick and transfered in my Computer in the VSDC Video Editor. And than Upload in RUclips.

    • @SwedenFPS
      @SwedenFPS 11 месяцев назад

      @@music-compositions4u Sounds great! But I dont think I understand. Isnt MODX a different keyboard? Would I need a different keyboard to record the audio of my SV2 like you?

    • @music-compositions4u
      @music-compositions4u  11 месяцев назад

      @@SwedenFPS No. You can it record direkly with an audio interface in your PC. You don't need a second Keyboard. (My MODX has an integreated Audio Interface and a stereo audio Input. So I need no PC for my recordings.)

      There are too many things to explain for here. Simply you can give Input to GOOGLE.: "Audio recording with PC" (Windows or MAC). I Hope I could Help you!

    Make a stand that doesn't shake, that machine costs too much for standard stand.

      Thanks for the good Suggestion!

    • @StopWars420

      That's just how x stands are. Z stands are usually more stable but less portable.

    • @Keith-zc2nn
      @Keith-zc2nn 4 месяца назад

      That machine cost more that a decent used baby grand. If you're using it in a studio or home setting: Make a stable stand. Watching a keyboard wobble is a bad look. I know thousands of performers do it on the road. But at home it should be like a rock.

      @Keith-zc2nn nah not everyone has room for a permanent stand

    • @Keith-zc2nn
      @Keith-zc2nn 4 месяца назад

      It takes up the same area. That doesn't make sense. If it's in a studio or a dwelling permanently, you should have a permanent setting.
      Anyone who doesn't is settling for instability. Instability is only good if you're trying to create confusion.
