Hey bro. Would love to know more on physical training side of things/methods/programs/details on training for the game as I'm trying to evaluate a training prog for me as trying to level up my game. That is training for/with injury as I have a lock term injury. Love to know more

I wouldn't say irrelevant. It's helpful to monitor training loads and avoid injuries however it plays a small part in the grand scheme of things ☺
