Because Not everyone has the $$$ for that. This was realistic, accessible and also has a great appeal to the personal stories that she told and her examples of what she still struggles with I think really really liked this video and I think that I will use some of these practices like deep breathing in my own life to calm down and relax

I love meditation, but I need guided meditation because I have trouble keeping my mind and body quiet also. I use the Insight Timer. You can choose a subject area and a time. I highly recommend it!
Thanks for the wonderful content and message. I just received my first Passion Planner, which I'm starting in 2021, and I'll be doing the Passion Roadmap ahead of that. These are great tips; all things I struggle with implementing into my daily routine. I use the Ten Percent Happier app for small daily doses of mindfulness meditation, and it's a great tool when I use it. I also have my guitars out and displayed in my home office to motivate me to cultivate a hobby that I'm passionate about. Again, thanks for the reminders. I'm looking forward to putting these plans into action.

"I have a lot on my mind...at all time" HA! Same! I second all of these suggestions. Meditation has been a difficult one for me but I downloaded the Buddhify app which is all mindfulness meditations and it has totally changed that for me, I love it now and I can do 10mins without the app now too.
Thanks for the tips. Meditation has been a game changer for me. I have found the "Soultime" App has been a really great tool. It comes from a Christian faith place. I love it! I even paid for the full access.
