    This video actually really really helped? I’m grateful that it wasn’t a whole lot of the stereotype of go to the spa and spend the entire day there and spend money. Because Not everyone has the $$$ for that.
    This was realistic, accessible and also has a great appeal to the personal stories that she told and her examples of what she still struggles with I think really really liked this video and I think that I will use some of these practices like deep breathing in my own life to calm down and relax

    I'm loving the video series you've been sharing, Paula! These are excellent habit suggestions. I appreciate that you share your experiences and struggles -- not just the sweet, packaged list of habits that folks usually share on social media! "To allow myself to experience a range of emotions around my passions." -- WHOA, a significant mood right here.

    I love meditation, but I need guided meditation because I have trouble keeping my mind and body quiet also. I use the Insight Timer. You can choose a subject area and a time. I highly recommend it!

    Thanks for the wonderful content and message. I just received my first Passion Planner, which I'm starting in 2021, and I'll be doing the Passion Roadmap ahead of that. These are great tips; all things I struggle with implementing into my daily routine. I use the Ten Percent Happier app for small daily doses of mindfulness meditation, and it's a great tool when I use it. I also have my guitars out and displayed in my home office to motivate me to cultivate a hobby that I'm passionate about. Again, thanks for the reminders. I'm looking forward to putting these plans into action.

    "I have a lot on my mind...at all time" HA! Same!
    I second all of these suggestions. Meditation has been a difficult one for me but I downloaded the Buddhify app which is all mindfulness meditations and it has totally changed that for me, I love it now and I can do 10mins without the app now too.

    Thanks for the tips. Meditation has been a game changer for me. I have found the "Soultime" App has been a really great tool. It comes from a Christian faith place. I love it! I even paid for the full access.

    Thanks! I love YOGA! That saved me. Regarding meditation, I use Headspace app. Meditation is SO HARD for me. ☺️

    Have you tried mindfulness méditation. You van practice it walking for exemple. You have app To help you with. Thanks for the share.
