- We are in Vilnius / Lithuania which is the capital city of this baltic country. One of our first walks was in this city during winter so we finally return during summer. While the winters in this northeastern region of Europe are harsh and dark, the summers give lots of sunshine.
We start our tour at the Vilnius town hall in the very center. From there we explore parts of the old town with its numerous churches until we get to one of the main sights - the Vilnius Cathedral.
Our tour continues going uphill to the Gediminas Castle Tower. Up at the former castle we have a nice view over the city and end our summer tour of Vilnius.

In Lithuania there is mostly Kaunas as the 2nd biggest city left - recorded once ( ruclips.net/video/ba_zL0p2H7U/видео.html ) though that was during winter 2019. Then there is Klaipeda and Palanga which I visited before filming and both are smaller. This year I was on my way to Poland and hope to return to the Baltics next year. Let's see when there is safer travels sometime soon again
The Statistical Office of Latvia reported that Vilnius has overtaken Riga in terms of population and is now AGAIN the largest city in the Baltic States (after a gap of almost 200 years); Vilnius - 615,000, Riga - 605,000.
Good to know. When visiting the Baltics Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn are great to visit. Relatively easy to reach - maybe a day trip to Helsinki from Tallinn as well. Great during summer and also worth it in winter with the lack of sunlight, often snow but warm cozy pubs and restaurants

At 2.15you turn right and head towards Rotušes Aikštė -Town Hall square. Mate you needed to go left for 500mtrs to Aušros Vartu -the gates of Dawn, Lithuania’s holiest site and a place of pilgrimage. You missed out there.

For this video the DJI Pocket 2 with audio coming from a Zoom H1 mic. Infos are always in the video description as some videos were recorded with the Osmo Pocket 1. As of today there are around 30 videos from the Osmo Pocket 1 left to post and 70 from DJI Pocket 2
