I remember where I was when I first heard this song. I was in a Christian camp for one week. I remember going through the motions of it, only enjoying friends and games. However, on possibly the last night, they played this video and my whole life changed. For the first time in my life, I had felt as closer to God than I ever had before. Many would claim I just had a surge of feelings or something, but I can tell you for certain I nearly felt like I could jump out of my body, if only to get closer to God. It wasn't the visuals that I worshiped, nor the songs, nor the feelings. This video got me closer to God and started me on my journey of Worship Ministry. This video changed my entire life and my perspective. Thank you, Full of Eyes, for using your gifts to glorify God and to show others the God we worship!

I was struggling with suicidal depression and addiction for 3 years. I would wake up every morning wanting to die. I would watch your original video over and over and it really helped me to come out of a dark place. I must have watched that video a thousand times. It’s one of my go to videos.

So beautiful, thank for this video. 3:04 made me remember when I was dealing with schizoaffective disorder taking tons of psychotic meds. I had thoughts shouting in my head every 5 minutes saying the unimaginable. Along with delusions and nightmares where I felt the pain. I stared at a blank wall and cried all day and night everyday. I felt trapped and alone with no rest. But I found my faith in God during that time. I was given a second chance in life. The doctors told me there was no cure but I'm now off all the meds shocked them all and I'm cured in the blood of Jesus! Never loose hope! ✝

This video certainly moved me. You did wonderfully with these concepts and the motion of Jesus lifting his bride from the seas was so tender. I love drawing tenderness like that myself. When I begin to draw again (it's been a long time) I hope to paint concepts like this that hit deep and move people back to God.

I wonder if Tyler ever looks back on this (assuming these are the same vocals from 10 years ago). I am a big fan of Twenty One Pilots and was so excited to see he was a part of this project! I'm glad you noted that. Whenever you see five anything in my art (same with the five roses on the skull earlier on in this animation), its an allusion to the five holy wounds of Christ recounted in Scripture.

I’ve done research and the visual of the snake being killed is amazing because while it represents satans defeat of course or even the leviathan it also shows the defeat of that primordial chaos thingy that existed in nothingness and tries to drag creation back into that state I don’t remember its name but it’s like the originator of disobedience and stuff
Also it isn’t really gods rival nothing can rival god but it is possibly more powerful than Lucifer so I’m not sure where it lies
