all The Angels early songs, 1st three albums, kicked ass and were a part of a generation of Oz rock that gave birth to some of the greatest party music ever made... this was truly a great time to be a teenager... i seen The Angels many times but their supporting tour with AC/DC 1981 was awesome.
My Favourite Australian band.. saw them in Melbourne 3 times and was given guitar picks by the Brewster brothers that I always carry in my wallet.. thanks for the great memories fellas and RIP Doc and Chris Bailey..
Saw them at the Reagent Theatre, Palmerston North, New Zealand about 1984 I think (I'm 58 now, memories not as good as it used to be). Fiona and I plus another. Man, was it LOUD but an awesome show. Doc was sitting in a chair as he'd recently broken his leg.
Saw the Angels at sweethearts at Cabramatta, Doc was on someone’s shoulders to go to the bar for a drink. Awesome show, drank all my cash and walked home cause I drank my taxi money too.
This band has died musically since the death by Doc Neeson. Arrested at this tragic moment would have entered this band into the legend (even if it is already in Australia) worldwide. His replacement is only a pale copy of Doc's artistic and talented personality and creation.
As a fairly recent fan I really wish I could have seen a show with Doc! unfortunately, I was born on the wrong side of the water, and the idiots in marketing couldn't figure out how to promote them!
Their real name is The Angels. Angel City was the name used by the record label in the USA to distinguish them more clearly from another artist called Angel.

Such a great band, never got the recogniyion they deserved. Much better than INXS in my opinion.

WOW! Unbelievable! It's spelt "their", not "there".
The Angels were a girl band that recorded My Boyfriend's Back
