By the way, did Andy fire Carole as Carole pushed back on Andy and said."are you afraid of her too"? Meaning afraid of Bethenny. Andy doesn't like push back and wants to show he's in charge. I think she was told to leave, and Andy let her say she quit.
I will really miss Carole. She is the voice of reason and one smart cookie. Read her book, What Remains: A Memoir of Fate, Friendship, and Love, and you'll see what I mean.
Few people have as fascinating life as Carole Radzwill has or has had. She's smart, classy and ready to return to her career as a journalist and writer.

I agree with you B Davis except on thing.. she WAS but this year she completely changed!! She behaved like a completely different person!! I thought it interesting Carol took such offense to Bethanny's statement that Carol did not [currently] have a career -- it wasn't mean spirited, it was a fact!! When someone hasn't worked in their chosen 'career' for 15 years, and has no other source of income or job (besides being a Housewife) it's a true and fair statement to say she doesn't have an [active] career!! Bethenny wasn't diminishing what Carol had achieved previously in her career, she was simply stating that Carol had more time on her hands presently because she hasn't been actively working for nearly two decades!! The same goes for Carol taking such offence to Bethenny saying Carol doesn't have a child -- she doesn't! Carol's response that she would have had a child if her husband hadn't died was deliberately obtuse and ridiculous-- Bethenny never said nor implied that Carol never wanted or liked children -- she was simply stating a fact. Children take up a lot of a parent's time and Carol doesn't have a child. Her statement that she would have had a child IF her husband hadn't died was irrelevant -- sadly he did die. I personally think this season demonstrated that Carol is going through some mid life crisis amid SHE isn't happy about how she's lived her life the last 10-15 years -- reality hit her hard that's she's 50+ years of age when her 20- something boyfriend dumped her to pursue relationships with women his own age and at the same positions in life.

I think Olivia Palermo who's the epitome of a New York socialite would be perfect as NYC housewife! She's a successful entrepreneur, married, she's been in reality tv before and just a class act! I think Olivia would definitely give this show some much needed glamour and class! Don't know that she'd actually consider doing reality tv again, but she would definitely bring that NYC vibe...
I remember watching that 'reality show' when I was like 10. The episode where she basically took credit for the blonde girls styling work at vogue or something. And I'm thinking ok well clearly that isn't her real job and this is all made up so why am I watching this lol. To this day I'm still confused on why someone would do a 'fake' reality show and make themselves look like an untrustworthy employees.
I still maintain that they should move one of the Atlanta housewives up to New York. I always thought Cynthia.... but with Kenya free, and her husband having an restaurant in New York, it should be her. I think it would be nice to see her fight and get in with an entirely new group of women.

Tamra said that Bravo has a clause in their contracts this year that says they can't say anything negative about the other housewives or they get fined. She said it started with Kelly Dodd and some comments she was making about others. I wonder if the contract has something to do with her diplomacy?

Tamra did mention that Kelly was using the C-word. She also said that execs had a big talk with her as well. She said she came close to getting fined.
I don't think Kelly has been fined; at least not yet. It's a new stipulation in their contracts this year, which is why I think Ramona is being so "political". Or maybe the interview that Tamra gave was last year.

Ramona had a massive bruise on her left cheek filming the reunion show that was never addressed -- she switched couches so that the camera angles wouldn't pick it up --- definitely had some sort of plastic surgery that didn't heal in time for filming bit would never want to admit especially now with her anti-aging skin care line being launched!! She tries to act like she's aged gracefully naturally because of good skin care, healthy eating/ living etc. -- not because of hundreds of thousands dollars spent on plastic surgery!! Can't stand how fake and self absorbed Ramona is -- she's the one housewife that truly puts me off watching the show!
Carol needs to go. She wants to be taken seriously as a writer so it makes sense. This season was a bad look for her on too many levels to count.

Ramona looks great and has never looked better. I think the person who should replace Carole should not be boring! Carole is the biggest bore! I didn't ever think she was a good fit. I also lost interest after Carole and Heather joined the show. I am glad they are both gone now. I think the show needs a revamp with all new people.

I truly loved Carol previous years on the show but this season she was a completely different person!! Not sure if it was because she decided she was leaving anyways or hanging out with TInsley was a bad influence as Carol completely became a narcissistic, immature and selfish person going through a 'Male' menopause!! Carol is delusional when shere said she hadn't change at all and Bethanny was the aggressor constantly being mean -- she seriously needs to watch the whole season several times entirely!! Lost so much respect and admiration for Carol this season -- she's become a person I certainly wouldn't want to meet or get to know!!

Why does it always have to be about color? What is it about Black people and others that is always playing the color card, and I'm asking as a person of color. This show is about women and we have RHOA and RHOP that is mostly all Black or Black mix so don't say there is no representation. You don't hear White people complaining that there is a lack of diversity in the mostly all Black cast of RHOA & RHOP.... The irony of racism, colorism and yes Black people, brown, yellow, white and whatever ethnic people can be just as racist among themselves and others.
