When Agassi looks at you like that, Sampras is texting you wishing you good luck, McEnroe calls you the greatest of all time, Nadal tells you he cried with joy when you won the French.... you are Roger Federer, the greatest and classiest tennis player of all time.

Federer was not great as nadal in clay court but he is highly underrated.
The era b4 federer was good only in either grass/clay or hard courts. But federer changed in completely by consistently reaching Finals/Semi Fonals of every gland slams irrespective of surfaces.

Where is Ted Robinson getting his wrong translation from here?! At 7:21, Fed says thank you [to Robin] for making him laugh a little before this presentation because it is helping him talk better, because that's difficult to do right now [since he's feeling so emotional]. What Ted said is wrong -- Roger was not thanking anyone for "welcoming" him there OR for "supporting" him. TV networks can make such a hash of these things sometimes.

Rafa has only one Australian, 3 US opens, 2 Wimbledons, and 10 French opens. 16.. Very impressive, but how does it compare to 6 Australians, 1 French, 8 Wimbledons and 5 US opens, 20 slams? How many more will both win? 1 or 2, or 3 or 4? I suspect 2 each.
