Milad's little family could grow just as big, and that's why a bigger house is a great idea. Also for their visitors. I'm sure more rooms will be built on this ranch. It also makes me curious if that's how smaller communities and villages began in the Zagros mountains. It's awesome to be able to watch all of my favorite nomad channels from my living room

I would like to see the rooms in the one building and long hallway leading to each one. I'm sure I heard Milad mention something about it to his wife. Having said that, when I look back at the heavy hard work it took digging out the foundations for different rooms in comparison to how quick the digger done the job, and levels it great stuff ..Big Hugs xxxxxx to all.

That gully or stream bed that runs down between the room with the shower behind it and the new site for Milad's home is an obvious water run. If a free running gully/stream bed is not kept and maybe make a bridge from Milad's platform to where the dog kennel is, you will definitely suffer flooding off the Mountain during heavy wet weather. Please think of the Land shape as you build as Water will run down the easiest way off the Mountain. You saw that area in full flood during the last Winter and you have placed Milad's home right in the path of where the water floods down in a Rush! Make sure Milad's home is built up above that gully flood line and reinforced from flood damage or his home will be prone to overwhelming flooding dampness and leakage and possibly be destroyed.
This man is right! When the heavy rain comes there will be serious flooding problems and much damage. Think!
I know nothing about construction, but I did think about that water flow when I saw where they chose to build.
Yes look to the top of the mountain all the way down, straight up gully worn down where rain has been coming off the mountain. Be very careful please. We’ve grown to like this family quite a bit!
I was thinking the same…they have blocked that flow which will flood to the right or left of it….surely they see this….i hope they will continue to help and support Ajav in ALL HER CONSTANT MAKING for the family….she works so hard consistently and is strong but older….she also needs SHADE SOON. ❤❤❤

Please take your time to build straight wall, large windows, nice colours. Build the roof with overhangs so the rain does not run down the walls. Most important is to not rush!
