    but where on the wall should you aim at - just under the red line?

      I don't know if this is the correct answer, but in regards to hitting lobs from the back, if you look at the 2:46, he hits it above the midpoint between the service line and the front wall line. He aims it approximately at the center. The goal is for the ball to land on the side wall, then hit the floorboard, then the back wall.
