Nick makes a wonderful technical coach. Some golden pointers in there.

That forehand volley of Mathew has always been a thing of beauty!

What a machine! You're the best. Very useful your advices, specially to put the right leg in front to have a good momentum and control and don´t rotate too much. Thank you.

I like how he stresses that you must practice. You have to go through all the technical items repeatedly to make it a natural part of your game.

My coach did the one were we have to volley hit the front wall then go all the way back and hit the back wall it was difficult but it helps

When he was doing the "ambitious" drill at the end. I noticed that his right foot was the foot that he was stepping forward to strike the volley. As you progress, is this the more natural movement? And using the left leg to step forward is just a good movement to help keep square to the side wall?

Yep, he did mention earlier on in the video that he coaches differently with levels. Using the left leg on the forehand volley makes it much easier to keep the ball straight, but at the pro level takes up too much time and energy per shot to be useful when they are skilled enough to use the (overall more efficient) right leg :)
