We've given up on Crumbl. Our store opened a few months ago and it has been a huge disappointment. EVERY cookie we have tried is so under baked that they turn into a dough ball in your mouth and end up being spit into the trash. Not one cookie we bought had even a miniscule of crunch. Not to mention the lacking of toppings which is advertised. I wasted too much money giving them chance after chance. We still love you and will continue to watch!❤

aww…that’s sad! I went to one new one recently and none of the cookies were even warm. 😢 That was disappointing too.
I have baked some of mine for 8 mins on 350 when they are doughy and the puff up and fall as they cool and are crispy! Try that 🤗
