First, let me say thank-you for featuring The Star Spangled Banner as the video music. I always feel proud and emotional when I hear it. I also made a similar scroll sign with the DT Bill of Rights poster, but I didn't tear the edges like you did. I love the affect it gives and am definitely going to do this to mine. Thanks for the inspiration.

If you use watered down brown paint to do the tears, it will help with the aged look.

I’m a new follower and I love your videos! I appreciate you explain exactly what you are doing so if I make the same thing I’m now having to try and slow a video down and figure out what is going on! I just started crafting and I am doing patriotic things...on a budget and no stash lol. I have over the past couple of months picked up signs and the rope and jute and so many things. Now to start doing!!

I had been really good about not burning myself with the hot glue but on my Easter wreath my husband distracted me and my little pinky took a direct hit! 😱 But my wreath was totally worth the burn. 😂❤️
